He's playing for ****ing Kansas St.

No wonder he's averaging 30&20, so inflated.

He's a slightly more athletic Tyler Hansborough. Dude's 6-8 at most.
DLee is the best thing to happen to NY in Isiah's 4 year tenure. And that alone, though a positive on the radar, is sad as hell.

This team needs a ****in point guard.

We have Randolph, god forbid he keeps shooting this way. But in today's league you need a great PF and a great PG. That's the blueprint for most of the playoff teams.

Examples you say?

Ford & Bosh
Parker & Duncan
Harris/Terry & Dirk
Deron & Booze
Paul & West
Nash & Amare
Cassell & Brand

The Future

Conley & Gasol
A. Miller & Love/Beasley/Arthur
Mayo/Rose & Randolph*
Mayo/Rose & A. Jefferson

*if he behaves his self & shoots 50% he might stay

This team needs best player available. Unless you subscribe to the theory that curry and Zach are leading us to the future, then of course we need a PG.

This team needs a team, meaning make everyone on the roster dissapear and just start from scratch.

^ Well Mayo and Rose ARE the BPA.

Deandre Jordan is gonna be a Bynum-like project.

Beasley is a more athletic Hansborough.

Gordon is 6-3 on a good day. Similiar to a Gordon already in the league.

Hibbert will be solid but not special. Same for Thabeet.

Budinger has potential, but he's white, and when's the last time a white guy went in the top 5 - oh right, Adam Morrison. Plus he's more likely to be another Boris Diaw...

So basically, IMHO, we BETTER get a top 2 pick, or we're screwed from a "franchise talent" Pov.

Thabeet will not be ready this year IMO. He has a long way to go.

Th kid Augustine (PG from Texas) is realy good and could be a steal in the mid teens if he slips. If the Knicks can pick up another first rounder and draft Augustine (While taking Beasley with there own pick) it woiuld be a coup.

we need a top flight pg...not steals in the mid teens. we need the deron/paul/felton/tj type of guy to help turn this around.

What the Knicks need
Determine what style of play they want to run
Bring in coach and players who best fill out the style
I hate to hark on it but this is why I have challenged the Knicks to draft Amare Stoudemire then Andrew Bynum. You start with the post and work out. Right now I believe we should stay with Curry and Lee[although I feel BOTH players need to committ to better shape] and work out from there--if the season goes bad quickly--we need to see what Chandler Collins Morris and Balkman can do. Way to early to say I want this guy from the draft--there are some superstuds at the top no doubt about it but were only 9 games in.

I want Derrick Rose, not if's and's or but's. I've seen the kid live and on TV. The kid knows how to play the PG position and he does it in all facets of the game.

I would rather trade D.Lee while his value is high for a up and coming pg already in the association, like the bucks did with MO Williams.

Then tank and have Beasley at the sf position

JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.

Can we do Curry + Crawford for Andre Miller + Dalembert?

LB would never trade with the knicks, we would have to trade with some team with multiple pg out west and D.LEE or Curry would be the bait.

You should never trade backcourt for front court players, but toronto did it with TJFord for Charlie Villenueva
