There are only 5 teams currently under the cap and they aren't under by much. Getting under the cap is overrated as a means to improve a team.

let's not rehash this whole argument again... we all said our piece... now all that's left to do is hope for the best & hope this trade doesn't hamper our chances of making other deals for big name players down the road.

I don't believe that at all.

I think that the Don would say that's foolish thinking.
DLee is the best thing to happen to NY in Isiah's 4 year tenure. And that alone, though a positive on the radar, is sad as hell.

under the cap or not. It certainly does NOT help to have overpaid players that no one else wants a part of. That you cannot argue.
