Briggs I have been saying this the whole time. Zach is shooting 43% for a big man is awful, leads the team in turnovers and getting 22 shots per game. He will get his and Curry will be the one to suffer. Will be interesting how this plays out.

Lee starts ahead of Zack and we are the same team we were last year...Ill double Curry and dare the Knicks to shoot me out of it....Zack lends a dimension that Lee can't...He can stretch the defense.... I can't believe this is an issue....

The Knicks were getting blow out with Lee in the lineup. As soon as Zach got back in the game the Knicks tied up the game. This is the main reason you can not start Lee over Zach. There is nothing that Lee has over Zach.

Lee and Zach are our two best front court players. There's no reason to make this a Lee vs. Zach debate. Eddy is the real liability and should be sitting until he takes anything besides low post scoring seriously.

No Zach has been the worst big. David Lee has top be in the top 10 in the NBA pre wise and if Curry wasnt shooting 18% from the FL he wouldnt be far behind. While Zach\'s straight numbers look good--18-12 everything else has been poor 39% FG% %&% FT shooting[although he is better than that] 3TO\'s per[and he doesnt pass much--so that is misleadingly worse. And while Zach has been good at times--he\'s been the conduit to the other team making runs--he took bad shots and bad passes vs Clev cost us that game and his wild shots in the second half let Minnesota back into it. David Lee has been awesome and Curry underrated so far.

The worst Big? C'mon Briggs, he is the best rebounder on the team. He has not shot a high percentage, but a lot of those misses are taps that he kept alive. In addition he puts tremendous pressure on the other team's defense. He gets double, sometimes triple teamed. Zach has been causing all kinds of mayhem on the glass and he has made some nice defensive plays which nobody expected.

Lee is still primarily a rebounder though I like his improved team defense. But he is not and has not been better than Randolph.

He played a much tighter game tonight--a real good game. He played much better than his firt two--more team orientated.

In other words, 2 games isn't enough time to determine that he is better off coming off the bench.

That's to be expected. Zach is the new guy on the block and does need some time to integrate his game with the team - especially since Curry missed so much of pre-season.

I see lots of people criticizing Zach's offense but we've scored 203 pts in 2 games. Is he really taking us out of the flow or has he really been a boost?

Yo, check this- we've scored 322 points in 3 games. I think adding Zach to the offense IS WORKING

I'm not saying Zach's game is a duplicate of Eddy's, but if you start with Eddy and wish he'd lose weight, go for rebounds, play like he cares, and develops an outside shot you get someone who starts to resemble Zach.

Wow. It's funny - Zach stretches defenses in and out... and he's a clutch rebounder. What more can you ask for? David Lee is an excellent player, no doubt, but he's not even close to the scoring threat than Zach is. Like most offensive players, he takes some time to get into a rhythm... but at the same time, even when he doesn't have a good rhythm, he still draws fouls and produces points.

David Lee is a glue player - he'll help make his teammates look good by being in the right place at the right time to get easy baskets, and making the pass that leads to the pass that leads to the assist. He'll get his points in the flow of the game, but he's probably not your first choice in an isolation during crunch time.
