Chandler is a nice strong small fwd. I can see him being like a poor mans rashard lewis......poor man I said......chandler isn't very explosive but he is athletic. He also doesn't seem like he is comfprtable settling for the outside shot but he knocks them down consistantly enough. you like wally? Dude can shoot but he is a non-defensive guy. I don't even know what team he is on these days.

If I was the knicks gm wally z would already be a knick. I would have traded dickau and jones for him. The guy is healthy now and can still fill it up.....he proved that this pre-season already for seattle.

During the pre-season the knicks did a lot of passing around. Imagine how it would feel to have wally z catch a open look? Imagine everyone on the other team saying "noooooooo!". Wally is needed here. He's a vet and a guy that grew up a Knick fan.

Chandler is good but he's about 2 years away from being a starter if that's in his future.

I think instead of trying to train Chandler to be a 2 guard, why don't we let him carve out a role at his natural position and then find someone that already knows how to play offense/defense at the 2 guard position?

Just a thought. At some point it makes sense to grab guys that are already successful at certain things instead of training others to do it.

I absolutely 100% agree with this. Jamal is the best two guard we have!

I think Marbury is the best 2 guard we have.

Therin lies the problem.

Marbury's not a 2. Neither is Craw really, or Nate. The problem is we have no 2.
