Yes out of many great plays over the 06-07 season lets concentrate on an over the back foul that went uncalled.
Looks to me Curry was the only Knick that even had rebounding position on his man.

Why dont you go look at the tip in to win the game over the bobcats?

Why do you 8 posters always only focus on the negative no matter what the issue regarding Knicks players?

If Curry loses weight bash him
If Curry gains weight bash him
If Curry stays the same weight bash him.

Whats the use of even replying?

Do you even know what an over the back foul is? I really doubt it if you think Cliff committed a foul there.

The Knicks were already out of the playoffs when they won that meaningless game. Unlike that Nets game.

Why do you bother replaying?

I know exactly what an over the back foul is and there was enough contact for it to be called.

As for why I bother replying after I made the post I realized that haters will hate regardless so I realized the post was useless and deleted it.

If you guys hate the Knicks players and coachs so much you should just go give your "support" to another team until things turn the way you want.

Dont the Celtics boards have room for you guys?

looks to me like Curry was the only one on the knicks that had boxed out. Qrich and Lee were behind their men. Robinson made a good play which earliar in the game might have been called over the back

-------------------
I LOVED how Curry just exploded in the 4th, speaking as a fan of the Raptors, Curry looked well, scary I think is the word. Or Shaq-like Curry: 19.1ppg-7.3rpg-58%fg

Keep Posting this is good stuff. Clearly there is seperation between Robinson's and Curry's body. Lee and Q didn't have their men boxed out Jeff and Carter respectively. Doesn't matter because the ball is coming off Curry's side.

The bobcats game? Nope. That was 20 games into the season and part of an 8 of 13 run of games that set us up for a pretty good January.

Man, forget the negative nancy posturing, even your memory of one of the highlights of the year is screwed up.

More importantly, did Curry gain a heart? Or will we just see more of this:

That one wasn't his fault because he was boxing out Jefferson then when the ball bounced off the rim heading to the left Robinson was able to run in and tip the ball in quicker than Curry was able to leave Jefferson and box out Robinson. Jefferies who was Jeffersons man should have been looking to box out Robinson and seal the left side off since Curry was sealing off the middle from Jefferson.

I disagree. I was at the game and Curry was in the wrong position for the rebound and then made a half assed attempt to grab it when Robinson snuck up from behind and got it in. Curry had no awareness of Robinson's position at all. Bottom line: he choked.

And so goes another Knicks for Life thread...post something positive about a Knicks player, 20 posts in its hijacked by Islesfan, Solace and Trueblue bashing our players in new and creative ways.

Not a hard pattern to recognize as it only happens with every single thread about Marbury.

You guys are sick.

That Bobcats game was the last game of the season.

Even your memory of one of the "highlights" of the year is screwed up.

A Real Knicks fan would have remembered.

Since you were at the game you have the advantage. But watching the tons of replays of the play after watching the game. And putting focus on Curry and how he got beat. I saw him put his body on Jefferson then when the ball bounced off the rim he left Jefferson to go after the rebound only to get beat out by Robinson. To me it wasn't that Curry was just standing there and Robinson jumped over him and out worked him. It was the fact that he was boxing out Jefferson in the middle and the ball bounced to the left which gave Robinson the advantage since the left side was open. If the ball bounced straight then Curry would have had the rebound easy. Plus if my memorie servies me correct. Robinson ran in for the tip in which is why he was free and not boxed out because he was away from the jam packed paint when the ball was shot & he ran in.

So I guess the disagreement is that I think I saw Curry trying to box Jefferson out. While you saw Curry just take the wrong positioning when the ball was shot. I do agree that he had no awareness of where Robinson was though. But I also credit that to Robinson sneaking in from the outside. Rather than standing in the paint with everyone else.

I was trying to find the play on youtube but I couldn't find it.

Naturaly I thought of the David Lee tip-in first. I missed that last game, but I can still be forgiven as a Knick fan because I was on my honeymoon.

Still, I wonder why Curry's efforts should be dismissed in "meaningless" games. Fact is he made a good play.

If only the teams that made the playoffs matter we wouldn't need to keep the stats for half the league, would we?

Why is Boston so excited about their supposed "Big Three"?

Don't they know that those guys were meaningless last season?

I had the facts right but in your haste to call me out and ridicule me, you made a mistake and look like an ass.

Just admit that I was right and you were wrong and offer me the apology that I deserve.

Isles, you are funny...in that red-faced angry fat man Matt Foley of SNL kind of way.

No, sorry, really.

You spend your days writing hate filled posts on a web-site entitled "Pure Knicks Love."

Talk about hate.

At least my hate filled posts are accurate.

Your hate filled posts are not only inaccurate but they make you look like a total ass since you're using misinformation to call others out.

Just admit that you were completely wrong, apologize sincerely and get over it already.

Yeah because you were really just trying to make a joke instead of trying to call me out because you thought I was wrong.

They say it takes a big man to say they're sorry and admit when they're wrong.

I guess we know a little more about you, don't we?

But hey, how do you know Cossucks wasn't talking about the David Lee tip-in against the Bobcats, huh?
