The guy is a prideless waste of time. If the dude cared enough about himself and the game of basketball he would be the best center in the league. There is no way this guy couldn't put up ewing like numbers if he was dedicated. Its a damn shame.

'A prideless waste of time'? That is really funny.
I'll never trust this' team again.

you guys are losing your minds.

jerome spends the offseason working his ass off, produces a waist - not waste!! - line, and aggravates his tendinitis in the process, and you guys dog him like he's some kind of eddy curry or something !?!?

just remember - it's jerome's lane and you'd best not get caught trying to drive it.

*"Wear and tear, man,"

*(words to live by)

jerome quotes of the day. the best ones, highlighted below, come from eddy curry.

Jerome James not only sat out a portion of Wednesday morning's practice again to rest his knee tendinitis, while on the floor, he scrummed with Curry and aggravated the calf injury that hampered Curry last season. Curry said it's nothing serious and it didn't cost him practice time.

Eddy Curry and Quentin Richardson laughed and jostled each other as they walked off the court. Stephon Marbury grabbed a photographer's camera and started randomly shooting pictures of the media. Players gathered at midcourt for a half-court shooting contest. Jerome James is already nursing an injury.

As Curry said, "Everything seems back to normal now."

That's when Thomas was asked about James, the 7-1, 285-pound, oft-injured backup center who has only been able to practice sporadically because of knee tendinitis. Not what he wanted to see, correct? "Asked and answered," Thomas said.

Jerome James participated in half of the practice, but was on the eliptical machine when the media entered the gym. Curry had a wrap on his calf and he later explained why.

"Jerome James," Curry said. "Anytime Jerome James is practicing, stuff happens."
To which one reporter quicky added, "Usually to himself."

Lucky for us he is always hurt or else he would take out the entire frontcourt. It is time to bite the bullet and cut the guy, but after another $11.6 million loss, the Knicks might not be in the cutting mood.

it would make room for Allan Houston to compete for a spot too.

because Isiah is desperately clinging on to some hope that his monumentally idiotic signing of Big Turd James will somehow pan out for us at some point during the 6 years that he was signed for apparently
After 7 years & 40K+ posts, banned by martin for calling Nalod a 'moron'. Awesome.
