Are you satisfied with Curry's improved physical condition based on the gigantic difference in photos from this and last year?
Yes, he lost 20 lbs of fat
No, he's the exact same player. He must have adjusted the dial on his scale!

After last year I would think that most would realize that he's more than capable of going long and now we want to see him go harder as well.

sweet jesus man, somebody shut this thread down immediately...

If i'm going solely on how he looks in pictures, i'd have to say that he looks no worse than last year perhaps he's just exchanged some fat for muscle. When that happens, you may not look that much different to the naked eye, but in terms of actual fitness level, there could be a marked improvement.

After last year I would think that most would realize that he's more than capable of going long and now we want to see him go harder as well. Hopefully he'll be able to accomplish that. We're just not gonna know for a little while yet. Let's give it some time. How many of the last few seasons has Shaq came in fat and played himself into shape? Curry seems to be growing past that IMO.

1-It's Shaq.

2-He's 35. Eddy is 24.

every year the men here get a bit metro and start looking at pictures trying to determine if a player is looking more fit and projecting if it equates to more wins. Bonn seems to have this down each year but is more careful to not say somting that will increminate him.

Bottom line the actual record. It don't matter how much blood flows to Bonnies loins if Currys calfs look defined or Q is slim, because its all done on the court, or "in" the court!

Media day for UK is.........

interestingly enough, people's observations from said pictures usually square with their predictions for if players would come into camp in shape or not.

Yes a lesser body fat percentage man always wins every competition.

This guy

Could never be as good as this lower body fat % player:

And This low body fat percentage guy is obviously one of the 10 best players in the NBA:

How can you tell body fat by a picture?
How can you NOT tell body fat from a picture? Which of these two guys looks like he has more fat? Look carefully at their arms if you don't see a difference at first

Tremendous example of a player that averages double figure rebounds is the best passing big man in the league, has a brain (eddy doesn't on the court defend him and your a fool, he has been commiting offensive fouls for years by lowering his shoulders into people, can't pass under pressure or pass at all) and not to mention blocks shots and tries on defense.

Curry has career averages of 5rbs so he gets no slack at all, and his improved physical condition isn't noticeable. I heard James was in good shape last year entering camp and then couldn't run a suicide.

The players mentioned also have heart and desire two things eddy curry does not have

This kind of thinking must mean that this player with the ripped arms:

is better than the guy with the arms that are not ripped in this picture:

But the good news is the guy with the arms that are not ripped was strong enough to carry 4 trophies. :)

Excessive fat is not an issue for Duncan but has been for Eddy's whole career. Different individuals have different needs. Duncan has such great foot-work and reaction time that he can get away with not having the build Ben has. Eddy can't get away with being out of shape. Bip asked simply how it's possible to get an idea of a player's fat from the picture and I thought those two pictures would demonstrate what I had thought was obvious. Why is everyone posting pictures if they think pictures are not revealing? That reply to bip was actually the *first* Curry picture that I have posted since this topic re-emerged a few days ago.
