It's gotten to the point where I can't even get angry at him anymore. I'm starting to look at him like I look at my two year old. He does something that he shouldn't do, I want to be angry, but it's so cute it just makes me laugh.

Marbs might be "saved" now. When people find God in that way, they tend to loose their mind or at least act in a way that is extreamely weird.

Like Tom Cruise. He is a scientologist but its the same thing. Those guys may have achieved a higher sense of conciousness. It's overwhelming.

I think this is what we are seeing with this guy now. Hey its all good you know. I just wish he could stop talking on TV. He is extreamly unstable right now.

God bless the dude though. He is insane, but he's not on drugs. Might not understand me on this one, but I see where Marbs is coming from now.

All of these interviews are promotional. We have to remember that he's only talking so much cuz he has a product to shill. If he didn't like in the past we wouldn't be hearing from him. Hopefully during the season this stuff will cut down. I think it's no diffferent that when stars come on David Letterman, Oprah etc when they have a movie to push. Unfortunately Steph has another agenda in also touting his newfound beliefs and attitude on life. Like you said it's VERY much the same as Tom Cruise.

In his interview, I think Marbury states that he wants only 10 points per game and seems to indicate that he will be passing more and getting assists. He praises Zach as a 20 - 10 player. So perhaps Marbury realizes that his(Marbury's) role will change with 2 strong inside scorers starting. He won't have to carry the team's offense.
