Nix I'm nitpicking because I agree with your post. I just wanted to point out that I am an HR consultant and I think the myth about the "captains of industry" being nasty when it comes to business is a false stereotype. I deal with these people everyday. From the VP level up. They are very aggressive people. Some overly aggressive. But in terms of respect for their employees and being nasty people, I find that the higher levels have far more respect and are much easier to deal with than the middle management levels. I've found that the nasty people tend to level out. I think it's the high profile nasty guys that did make it big that seem to give the rest of the big wigs a bad name. But it's a long lasting stereotype that is born from the "evil corporations" genre created in hollywood. IMO. Other than that, I agree with your post
I just hope that people will like me

We all know the sordid details of what's been going on with this Organization and it really starts with Dolan. He's the one common denominator over this long stretch of losing. The current issues are also a reflection of his management. Isiah's presidency has had a lot of drama, he like Dolan get's the blame for bringing in guys that cause drama.

This doesn't mean that they're automatically guilty of doing the things they're being accused of doing and the fact that it's happening to this team adds to the bad taste that many have for this regime. I love the Knicks not management. I'm only defending them in so much as they're not guilty until proven to be so. You don't have to like Isiah as a person, coach or GM. I want him to be successful in his job only because he's the coach of my favorite team. I'm not saying i'd want to have dinner with him and Dolan just because I want things to work out for the best.
My allegiance is to the NY Knicks period. However, i'm not going to take a biased negative view of this org. in this case, just cuz they aren't the greatest management group in the league. Being guilty of making bad basketball decisions doesn't mean they're guilty of everything thrown at them.

With regard to Isiah's real personality. I think if you've ever been around successful captains of industry, you'd see that most of them are nasty individuals when it comes to business. They all have a public face and another one to their employees and business partners. Isiah is no different. So it doesn't surprise me that he would be a lot tougher to work for than he presents himself to the public. That doesn't make him a bad guy or guilty of sexual harrassment.

I am not quite understood why are you on defensive and why you try to defend Isiah.
As you sad the terrible things are happening with Knicks during his GM time. You are not accepting that this is mostly his fault. Fine. But even if it's not, he did nothing to prevent these things from happening.
And about "captains of industry" being bad, write this or wrong, it is not an excuse for any specific individual, including Isiah. Each person responsible for what he is done or sad himself regardless of his position and powers. More power and public exposure person has- more responsibilities he carries.
Isiah is a good salesmen and scout. But I guess these talents are too small for him to satisfy his ego. This is not surprising after his HOF player years. Some people just cannot stop. But why Knicks should suffer?
We get our portion of abuse already. Organization should let him go to damage somebody else house.

I think 90 percent of this types of trails are frivolous, because *****es lie. Period. Even though you may dislike Isiah, you are not a man to me if you admit these *****es are shameless.

One thing that needs to be clarified is what kind of reviews was she gettting. I wonder if there is evidence of good reviews apart from Anucha's word. Two, were Layden and Grunfeld getting good reviews before they were let go?

All a bunch of hype. This case is a joke.

She was bad at her job and was called a bword by marbury. Not worth 10 million and Dolan didnt do anything to her except fire her for interfering in an investigation. This after she did not get along with many people, committed tax fraud, and did a very poor job.

Sue Marbury for the bword if its that traumatic.
