I'm so sick of these yearly sideshows. I want to puke. Can we get a roster that is focused on winning a title someday. Can we get a roster that is focused on anything?

You're wife has big boobs Mr. T.
DLee is the best thing to happen to NY in Isiah's 4 year tenure. And that alone, though a positive on the radar, is sad as hell.

^ I like it. Just cut him.

Me and Blueseats were in favor of cutting him 2yrs ago. My reasoning was Dolan has shown he doesn't have a problem eating contracts why not waive Marbury and eat $55mil

I was maybe the only one upset and sad when Isiah traded for Marbury and eventually Frank Williams got hurt and then demoted.
JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.

Ok, if we're really going to get into the whole, who didn't want Marbury from the very beginning, that would be me. I was the only one who despised this move from the very start.

That's right. I TOLD YOU SO.

And I'm just as right about Isiah.

You guys going to start listening to me now?

I was like a sophomore in H.S. when Marbury got traded to NY.

Haven't I suffered enough?

I personally was willing to give Marbs a shot at that point. A big move to bring excitement to the team had to be made. I also didn't know enough about his personality to pass judgement. I simply didn't follow his career that closely. But as his time here moved into year two it was clear that he was a talented player that would never lead a squad anywhere. A guy that you marginalize, coach and inform that he isn't a superstar. But instead we coddled him and he has learned very little. As time went by I understood the position of the GM and how they are forced to win in NY or else they will be fired. I understood the reluctance to just out and out cut him. But what I didn't understand was what transpired next.

You acquire a manchild in the middle. You acquire a beast at the PF spot. You acquire scorer after scorer after scorer. At what point does finding a true leader at the PG position (instead of trying to teach non leaders how to become one) become a priority. As a GM I would have used my next 10 moves trying to find a PG. If Isiah had 2 big men and 13 PG's on this roster I could understand that thought process. It's time we find the guy that will grow with our big guys. We made this same mistake with Patrick. It's time to learn from our mistakes. Find some gosh darn leaders.

Obviously SAS was tipped off by someone in the Knicks PR department, that Starbury would be making an appearance at the local church.

You were banned at the time so you don't count in this.

SAS is fliping out on the intern which is right cause she is as guilty as Marbury for saying yes. Also saying that Steph is in great shape and looks like he is ready to ball.

He has to be, if not he will be lacerated in the press and by the fans. This guy has never had more incentive to start a season well.

SAS likes to have sex with ESPN interns.

I don't believe you.

As far as I'm concerned, unless you find the thread, this is nothing but an unsubstantiated conspiracy.
