WOW. You are putting Kobe in MJs class? I don't know if he is there yet. I think McGrady is better than Kobe. Same with Iverson.

I think LeBron would be in McGrady and Iversons class right now.

Kobe is not in MJ's Class, no one is. But Kobe and Tmac and Ivey are in the same Class. All Supeststars. At this point i trade our whole roster, for one of these guys. As for Lebron, I think you blowing the MOM Thing Way out of proportion. forget the media reports and that stuff bro. Has His mom hindered him at this point??? hell no. Any guys missed the Hall of Fame cause of there MOM???? It's just over anaylzing, making a story. michael jordans gambling was going to help the knicks beat the Bulls, remember that one.

Never met the woman. Just going by first impressions like her reaction on certain things like the fight over some nets/balls with the HS coach. I shouldn't really judge a book by its cover but comparing her reactions with Carmelo's mom makes me cringe.

I can also make an argument that those guys were Hall of Fame players because they played with Magic and Bird. NAH.

I saw Bird do a Tomahawk dunk once on a fast break. Coolest thing I saw. After he did it, he looked passed the Celtic bench and gave KC Jones the look of "Can you beleive I just did that?"

well i think it's obvious that she has seen the prostitution of her son up close and personal so i think she may have a right to be hostile at some point. but, my guess is that after she is paid she will calm down and continue to be ALL HE HAS HAD IN HIS LIFE BESIDES BASKETBALL.

i think she is aggresive and overprotective but i can understand where she is coming from. she is only acting like a person who has never had anything and now she got everything. once her account has a few zero's behind it and her son can no longer be prostituted for free...then i think she will calm down some

Ivy was arrested on a 'Maiming by mob' charge, a charge originally created to protect blacks from being lynched way back when white folk actually did that sort of thing. The surveillance tape from the bowling alley didn't show Allen Iverson at all, he was never seen on it, his friends were, he wasn't. Also, none of the white kids were convicted, but 4 black kids were. It was a clear shaft job and the governor saw this and overruled the case.

For a better description (or for just an awesome book) get Only the Strong Survive by Larry Platt, you'll understand the Answer a lot better, it's a great book.

This whole **** about LeBron and his mom is absurd. It's his mom, what do you want him to do? Kick her to the curb? Come on. None of us know LeBron or his mom, we just know his talent. Talent-wise, nothing comes near this guy, it's an obvious pick. LeBron James, #1 pick, regardless of what team. If the Knicks got that pick and selected someobdy else there would be a riot.
