Anyway, I may be a bitter phuck, but I don't get the feeling that TMS is.

i was bitter for a little while, until I found how much BETTER & STRESS FREE my life had suddenly become after my divorce! hope you feel the same way after you're done w/this whole mess bro... it takes some time, but eventually you'll be a lot happier after you're free from the bad situation you're currently in.

Oh, yeah! Totally. I just don't know why people don't accept that single life is so much simpler. They say 50% of marriages end in divorce. Then there are all the people that don't get divorced but aren't happy with it either (what, another half of the remaining?).
Then there are the people that are, eh, ok. How many are truly happy to be married?
I look around, and don't see to many shining examples that make me want to go down that
road again.
Better just to be "hittin' da bitches..." j/k. But at least single you have your peace.
No nagging, no constant compromising (where neither is really satisfied)...

Panos, it's actually more like 60% of marriages, from what I heard, and that's scary as hell.

My thoughts are that there are big reasons for this figure, and one, I think people tend to rush into marriage b/c we feel pressured by our past family values, when in reality, it's not even a requirement in life. Heck, it's not even a requirement to have children! It's one of those ignorances in society that will always make things a little sad.

I will say this, I've spoken to many people who've rushed into engagement. Everyone of them had them ended or had a real early divorce. And the ones that took their times and made sure things were right, ended up having better pathways, so far. Which btw, I know a hell of a lot more people who rushed into it, then took their sweet time.

And to top it off, another big reason, in this day and age, people get married, is to have better financial security, as opposed to having a bondage with your soulmate for life. Also a settup for dissapointment (Or getting rich from divorce if you know what I mean) at the end of the road.

As a lesson to men, beware of women. The better looking, the closer her hand is to your wallet. Poor Kobe is learning the hard way.

The Indian culture is smart in respect to marriage
All unions are set by qualified people and if women divorce she is the bottom cast
I was working with 100+ Indian guys and all of them never saw their wife’s before marriage.
And they all happy, have nice kids and families.
One of the ladies who are setting up the unions was coming to her brother - the VP of our company.
She was treated by guys from India like a queen. They are paying a lot of money to get the match from same cast and with good skills.
When girl get educated they paying great attention to sex skills, cooking, child care, and other stuff which if women do this all good makes irrelevant if she is pretty or not.

Yeah. They didn't speak for like 2 years or something over the issue. His parents warned him about her. Kobe likes to think he is smarter than he really is most of the times.

He deserves anything he got coming to him. I mean what do you expect from a girl out of highschool.

He should have molded her the way he wanted her to be, and if he wasn't putting it down right that's his bad too.

Oh, please. I can't speak for the details of Kobe's relationship, but you have to remember that many women are just in it for the money/security/whatever. If not, why did she go with Kobe? Because she respects him as a person? Please. I think the rule is as a man you have to get burned or nearly burned once before you open your eyes to the situation. Even then, some men get burned multiple times. At any rate, a costly mistake, but hopefully Kobe learns from it.

His girl kinda looks like J-LO in these pictures.

Solace do you think they would be talking divorce if he didn't go on national tv with the WHOLE WORLD WATCHING and admit he committed adultery while his wife sat right beside him.... for a skank in Colorado?

indian women treat their men like kings...until you bang their sister, then they burn down your house and stab your left nut.

btw, anybody know the name of a good nut doctor?
