Ah I get it, the whole thing is a plot by Stern to bring more white European players into the NBA because they are obviously nonathletic skilled players while black players get by by their sheer physical ability.

Playa you pend so much time thinking about racial things you have subconsciously bought into racist stereotypes yourself. Be careful, you think about your enemies too much and you become just like them.

It is ridiculous to suggest that somehow American, and realistically speaking, Black players, because that is who mostly plays basketball in this country, somehow are not as skilled at fundamentals as Europeans.
A glimmer of hope maybe?!?

Nobody said Black players aren't fundementally sound so stop twisting things.

Stern has already declared he wants more euros in the league, gifted athletic players will undoubtedly still be stars, but a new brand of players will allow fundementall skilled players more of an impact in the games as role players as stern tries to enforce team basketball again.


One day you will get the picture. I know i'm way ahead of your mind on this subject.

I happen to think this article you posted will be the case soon enough, playa this was a conspiracy in the past but not anymore. I think we have all seen games where the outcome was predetermined. I honestly believe that the outcomes of some of the past playoff games were determined with the help of the refs. I can only think of one game that in my mind was and being fixed and the was T-Wolves and Lakers. Lakers were given ample opportunities by the refs to pull the game out but T-Wolves always responded and somehow miraculously won the game. This game was suppose to be for the Lakers to win but unfortunately for the Wolves they had to win the series and not just a game. I think there was and is a lot of wagging the dog going on in the NBA and we will all be witnesses soon enough.

I just don't understand how the majority of NBA fans who stand up and throw things at their TV's for some cheesy call in the last few min of a ball game in the 4th qtr don't see what you are saying.

How do you differentiate between a blown call and a purposefully blown call? These refs make instant decisions. There are refs who work at their jobs and take their jobs seriously. But you're just lumping every one of them in with Donaghy because you feel like it. You are entitled to feel that way, but don't question why others don't feel like following along. Show me empirical data if you think your points are valid. Right now you're just speculating and thats unfair to the sport and the profession.
