Seattle will struggle. No veteran leadership, and their most proven returning scorer right now appears to Wilcox.
On paper, I think they're worse than Boston was last year.
Szcerbiack?
Plus Durant will probably push 20 ppg this year. They'll be good before too long. I wonder if one of their centers finally comes along. Drafting 3 ridiculously raw ones 3 years in a row was one of the most mindboggling strategies I've seen...

Swift is more polished than you think and petro was a value pick in the 20s was a little confused that they took sene sene last year put West is very underated, they are just putting together some pieces i can see them making a trade midway through the season......Kurt would have been a nice backup center for the knicks this season......

its funny how fast they soured on kurt since they got him two years ago. it seemed like we ended up with a slightly better part of the deal though q still is injury prone. kurt just couldn't cut it out west. he definately struggled so i am suprised that seattle would want him. i guess they neede more veterans. they will definately struggle this year.

dude your a half court player in a fast break system with two of the best finishers in the league, barbosa and nash, thats not built for him. When it went down to half court in the playoffs kurt was very effective especially against the games best player.....

How we ended up with a better deal when richardson is on the books for 3 more years and his contract gets bigger and we could have moved the guy and saved 16 million on the cap essentially

It seems that KT was really only valuable to them in the Playoffs. I'm sure they felt that really was too costly to carry a guy all year just for a playoff series.
In terms of our deal, I think we made out OK so long as Q can come back healthy and Nate continues to develop his PG skills. We got a lot of talent back and guys that fit what we're trying to do. Both Q and Nate are very good 3pt shooters. I always liked KT, but we had to move on.

Are the Suns broke? I have never heard of a team so willing to just give away 1st round picks to save money. They have done something like this for the past 3 years.
