I'm not sure Bogut was coming from a racist place as much as a place of someone very very new to the culture surrounding the NBA players

Australia had the white-australia policy until the 1970s where asians and africans could not immigrate into the country (much less get into the country in some instances) and the treatment of the aborigines is more abhorrent (if possible) than the US treatment of native americans and african-americans in THIS CENTURY. in the middle of the 20th C they were literally taking aboriginal babies out of their homes and raising them in white homes so they were "raised properly."

for bogut to make such statements when australia is a place that parallels the US so much (in terms of racism, flaunting of wealth, etc) is pretty shocking/appaling.

You know I hate when rich people think their opinions are worth something cuz they have a mic in front of them.

I have a huge opinion about what bogut has to say and what etan had to say. I don't need the headache.

I will just say that bogut if a ignorant ******* and I can't wait till curry and zach come to town and destroy him. Lord knows curry completely owns bogut. With zach around now the knicks will make him go back to austrailia or Croatia or whatever country he claims to be from. He is a clown and I'm sick of seeing stuff written about him.
