Stop programming yourself to antagonize over everything. It's really getting out of hand. It's unprofessional to accuse anyone especially without having both sides of the story.
I think he was just responding to the fact that Nix didn't address the actual point and downplayed it (not very surprising).
Also, just wanted to add that VDesai made a nice summary of the situation. We all hope that Zack would 'get it' in his new start with a new team. Yet, so far, he seems to be compounding past mistakes, which is unfortunate.
