Lee has a limited role on this team. You think Curry's a franchise player, while I think he's a role player who does one thing well and sucks at everything else. It's not surprising we won't agree on trades involving them. If you can pull off the Marion trade without giving up Lee, that would be outstanding, though.

If Curry gets 16-18 FGA's he'll avearage 28- 30 points and 8 rebounds +55%. Thats why Im a bit disappointed we traded for Zach. I thought that we have only seen a glimpse of what Eddy Curry can do and Im scared that we have thwarted that potential. Ill have to be an optomist and think that Zach will expand his skill game with more assists less shots with higher FG% and attention to defense.

Why are people still trying to trade Curry? Let's forget all of that crap cuz it makes no sense and it ain't gonna happen. Getting back to reality. Marion is a great player, but I can't see a fit here. He thrives on a team where the offense is more spread around and here the focus will clearly be on Zach and Curry. He'll still get shots, but not in the same way. There will be fewer easy dunks for him with all that MASS inside. This team is gonna be one of extremes. Mid Post, Low post and 3 pt line. I think we may see less slashing than Marion would like to see. All those cute flips passes from Nash won't be there.

Doug Christie could have helped this team back when he was here but the knicks back then were a crew of stubborn mofos. They played a certain way and that's that. Ask don Nelson. The players ran that team in its hay day.

3 way possibility:

Philly trades dalembert, korver, carney and olie to pheonix

Pheonix trades Marion, James Jones, and piakoski to ny

Ny sends malik, Jerome, Fred, and dickau to Philly.

Pheonix gets a shotblocker, olie the vet pg and a small fwd prospect.

Knicks get a guy that can do it all at the 3 with a 3pt specialist in Jones.

Philly gets their money back to make a better splash in the future than dalembert.

Yummy for my tummy.

That's a good trade, but James Jones now plays for Portland.
