I have supported Isiah whenever possible, but I'm done.

They had a chance to get under the cap in two years and he blew it for a player who doesn't block shots and has had microfracture surgery.

It's a stupid trade.

How is it a dumb trade? We had no guarantee that if we had cap space we'd be able to make the deal for a stud we wanted. I believe there was a good chance, but it would still be a risk. At least now the team is ready to go to war in a weak East. NO ONE has more beef up front than NY. We already pounded teams on the boards last year and now we just added another strong rebounder. If Isiah can work things out with both Zach and Curry on the floor together, we're gonna be real tough to deal with.

Protecting Isiah just keeps getting harder and harder.

it does get hard at times :)

I'm impressed that guys can still get worked up by this stuff. You're all much better Knicks fans than I am. The whole thing gets a big "so what" from me.

The EXACT same thing was said of Francis and Marbury. I wanted to believe Francis and Marbury could work- it didn't. I'd like to think this will work- I'm a friggin optimimist, but my rational brain says no.

The one positive we can take from this-

I'm sure Isiah had to 'sell' dolan on this move- and when it doesn't work out, Dolan will be hard pressed not to fire Isiah's butt.

The exact same thing as francis and marbury.

1. Both players need the ball to be effective
2. Both essentially do the same thing
3. High Turnover players
4. Work ethic question
5. Not shotblockers
6. No defense
7. 30 million dollars extra

Classic example of Isiah not having any concern for team chemistry. Get the lakers on the phone and look to get Lamar Odom for Randolf and stick to a plan, nice job isiah, we are going to win 44 games and be a chemistry nightmare

This is totally different from Marbury and Francis.

This time it's Randolph and Curry.
