If Isiah is standing pat with this trade and the roster as it is, I would think Morris Almond HAS to be the choice now. This team has absolutely no outside shooting with Frye gone, especially from the guard position. Almond has to be the choice.

Randolph is a outstanding offensive player and rebounder but I just don't see how he and Curry can play together offensively on the court at the same time. Throw in the fact that neither of them play an ounce of defense and I worry. Randolph has a ton talent, if he can ever properly use it this trade will work out but I'm really not holding my breathe.

I think there is room for both players on offense. Zach is not like Curry. He is moves around and is not just a post player. He can shoot from the outside and take his man off the dribble. He has a nice baseline shot, and foul line shot. Offense will not be a problem with these two. However defense is a different story.

I am not denying that Zach is a talented offensive player, just like Curry. The problem I have is that there is only 1 basketball. Add to the fact that Marbury and Crawford are part of the starting unit and I seriously wonder when the first brawl is going to ensue.

Doesn't matter much. Curry is going to be in ft 60% of the time.

Zach does demand the ball but at the same time that was Portland. Also Curry is not a player that needs the ball all the time. Isiah was the one that demanded that Curry touch the ball all the time. Curry also took about 10 to 12 shots a night. The guy that needs to take less shots is Jamal. Curry and Frye did not get any rebounds. With Zach on board thoses miss shots by Marbury and Jamal will be easy put backs for Zach.

Maybe it can work out for Curry and Zach. Zach can play center in the east if need be and Curry seemed to get tired later in games and now maybe Curry can also focus more on being aggressive defensively because if he gets in foul trouble they can just play zach and Lee together which is also pretty solid. Also, the knicks can attack offensively in the low post for 48 straight minutes of the game. Zach also seemed to really have a great outside shooting touch as well. Zach, Curry and Lee is definitely a better 3 man combo at F/C than Curry, Frye, Lee.

Also, it's not like Frye was anything good defensively so how can they be worse off defensively.
