Drank with the Nascar driver Jeff Gordon for a little bit.

Milk or beer?

Jeff Gordon only demands the highest quality Coors Light.

Bigbeast - playing with those guys had to be great to think back on.

I played with Jamal tinsley a few times when he went to tilden. He was a hood dude back them. His handle was ridiculous. When I saw him on TV I couldn't believe that was him. He didn't even play for tilden back then, he was just like a said a hood dude.

I played in a open gym with erick Barkley and some other guys I can't remember. That point that had went to uconn around that time. Erick was really quick and could tear drop from 3pt range. I know cuz he was doing it to me. I remember being really pissed that day.

I was never "nice" but I was pretty good back in the day. I should have played for my school. I was very angry back then.

I had to get Natalie Portman to move out of the way at Blue and Gold in the E. Village one night so I could finish a game of pool. It was while she was shooting V for Vandetta, looked pretty intense with the shaved dome.

Rode in a packed elevator crammed up against Martha Stewart. She was about as uncomfortable looking as you would imagine.

Met Pat Sajack at a dinner for my uncle in DC. My aunt got so nervous when she was introducing me that she forgot my name, and Pat was like, "nephews are a dime a dozen anyway."

You know that indian dude from the White Castle movie, the one that played a terrorist for a while on 24? I hung out with him and some of his college buddies a while back....

Alan Hahn: Nate Robinson has been on a ridonkulous scoring tear lately (remember when he couldn't hit Jerome James with a Big Mac in early January?)

The Uconn pg your talking about was most likely Talik Brown....he was from queens.

Yeah, thinking back on those games brings back a lot of memories. I was pretty good (for my size, think Spud Webb) but no where near the level of the guys I balled against. I ended up working at that tournament the following year and watched a young Majestic Mapp play (he wnent to Virginia but tore up his knee) Saw Waliy Dixon play (the Main Event from And 1) Tim Thomas, Shaheen Holloway....
"Man, who knows with this team." Aguirre.

Brian Denehy. At a pub. He told us to put our money away, bought us drinks and chatted with us. It was cool until he got into an argument with someone at the table. It was crazy, as well as funny. We figured he was practicing for one of his plays. He apologized and staggered out the door. What a guy!

Alan Arkin (before he won the Oscar, but was already a nomination for an Oscar before that). Very nice man.

Funny how you grow up watching all kinds of people in film and suddenly one day, your sitting right next to them, just talking.

I met scores of celebrities from all kinds of fields and backgrounds. Used to collect autographs, still do now and then, but a hand shake, a chat or a photograph with is all I really need. It's really not that hard. For me, it just usually comes my way. Always a pleasure!
I'll never trust this' team again.

Rockers are usually very cool people. Graham Coxon (Blur) & Wolfmother were very cool. Got a close up treat on music at Tower Records a few years back and talked after. The Bayside dudes were very cool. They had just lost the drummer in an accident a year earlier, if any of you remember. Also saw the Smoking Popes do a little concert for us and I noticed this guy standing right next to me, he was the drummer hanging with us in the audience. Had many of those kinds of instances. I think Rockers are the most approachable people around. John Van Hammersveld, if you ever get a chance to meet him, he's very cool. Lou Reed is very cool also.
I'll never trust this' team again.

How could we forget evil? Evil is gonna be on Trl in no time talking about the knicks instead of promoting his album.

I drank beers with Justin Morneau at a Hooters in Syracuse when he was in AAA.

Played blackjack in vegas with Eddie Jones and Damon Jones.

Jeter is always out.

I hang with TKnight on a semi-regular basis. Still kicking myself for taking his bandwagon over Ray's.
I just hope that people will like me

Played craps with Oakley at Mandalay Bay, with 2 guys who were either wannabe wise guys or low level ones, at 4 in the morning and then they bought us breakfast.

Played craps with SAR at the Atlantis in the Bahamas.

Ran into Elton Brand in front of the Bellagio.

Partied with Vince Vaughn in Vegas. A buddy of mine is 6'9 and Vince liked the fact that he wasn't the tallest guy in the group.

Met Rodman at Nobu on 57th a couple months ago.

Met Ewing and his kid at a movie theater in Bethesda MD a few years back, just after he retired.

Met Michael Douglas (unfortunately Catherine was there), Rachael Ray, Kofi Annan and that musician dude who Eminem had that beef with a few years ago, at some landmine charity event at the UN last year.

I've met a bunch of celebrity chefs.

And I have met a couple of porn stars.

I know there are more but that was off the top of my head.

Ok scratch that. I've met A porn star.

Although to be fair to Marv, to each their own.
