buying old cars or $100,000 doesn't necessarily make anyone foolish. Bogut was talking about his experiences and citing an example.

it's all a question of degrees - is he spending all of his money on classic cars? does he know players spending all their money on women or jewelry or jewelry for women? i have no idea. but it makes me smile to picture him saying all this with a crocodile dundee australian accent.

Hope this guy reads his own words because they amount to idiocy. From listening to his sermons over the last 2-3 years--he sure seems to know it all

Bogut was the first guy drafted in the first round in 2005. David Lee was the last guy drafted in the first round in the same year. I think our guy is as good and maybe a little better than Bogut.

I would agree with that, they really missed the boat, but he looked like he would be better.

But, centers take some time to adjust.

At the same age
Bogut 12.3pts 8.8rbs 3.0ass 0.5blks 2.27tos
Curry 16.1pts 5.4rbs 0.6ass 0.9blks 2.59tos

If Lee returns healthy i think we got the better selection and can expect close to 14pts and 12rbs from him this year and 3ass

it's tough to say. it all depends on the situation, coaching, offensive philosophy, etc.

bogut's main gripe with stotts was that he wouldn't get the ball enough to play make - and exhibited by 3 assists a game, bogut may be one of the better passing big men in the league.

he's a 55% shooter and taking only 9.5 shots a game. bogut could easily become a 15/10/4 guy next season.

now going by #'s is one thing but both players have completely different roles on the court. they guard different players and play on different spots on the floor.

lee really has no responsibility in the offense. he's an opportunity scorer. and for that role, he's doing very well. can lee be part of an offense where it can go to him in critical situations? he has a ways to go before that happens. we'll see where he's at after the summer.

I thought Bogut was a tremendous talent coming out of that draft, and suffice it to say I'm dissapointed by his performance. But I agree with dj's summary above that Milwaukee hasn't really given him the kind of role that he thrived in at Utah and what made him such a unique/elite talent in my eyes. He's playing cleanup and rebound and not getting the kind of touches he needs.

Andrew Bogut has a right to voice his opinion, but don't be suprised if the comments he made don't become bulletin board material for other NBA players.

To me all he's really saying is he doesn't understand someone other than himself. IT'S A CULTURAL THANG

When he Quotes "I don't know why, but people do try to cut you down in Australia," he says.

WHAT DOES HE THINK HE'S DOING TO OTHER NBA PLAYERS IN AMERICA ?
JAMES DOLAN on Isiah : He's a good friend of mine and of the organization and I will continue to solicit his views. He will always have strong ties to me and the team.
