Honestly- we should try to trade Marbury- then go with Francis & get his value up so we can trade him.

How does that make sense? Francis is a horrible fit for what we want to do. Steph has at least shown that he can be effective for this team. How can we build up Francis value without wrecking the teams developing chemistry? He breaks just about every play he's involved in. He can't catch and shoot consistently enough to be a SG for us and his handle is so bad that he can't run the point effectively. He had flashes of success, but he couldn't sustain it. He just needs to go. Steph isn't perfect but he's a better player than Francis by far.

We can get useful play out of Steph for the next 2 years, but not Francis. He needs to ride the bench if he's gonna be here. Mardy is gonna be a better player for this team and needs to play. SO Francis may be kept around, but I don't know if he's gonna see significant PT at the expense of Mardy. IT better not try to force this guy on this team next year. Not when he has a chance to start with a clean slate playing Mardy and Balkman more minutes next year.
