Balkman and lee developing a jumper..there at least 3 years away from hitting any perimeter shot with anykind of consistancy. Im not saying it's the best possible trade, it just doesnt seem like JO and Curry dont make up the next twin towers, not when JO is in his prime, and curry is on the rise.

If I have an inside presence like curry, then my main concern is to find a dominate perimetr threat to complement him and off set the defense.

I think we're all in agreement that we need good perimeter shooting, but just remember that we already have some shooters and we just need to get another guy that can catch and shoot to stretch the defense. That's not that hard to find. Getting a guy like JO at PF would cement the teams identity as a post dominant team. He's also able to step out and hit the jumper so he's not stuck near the basket. If Curry can also add a jumper which it looks like he can, then I see no problem.

Who's to say how long it will take for Lee and Balkman to get better shooting. Lee has already been working on it and Balkman to me just needs to refine his form. He actually didn't look uncomfortable shooting from 3, he just needs work.

So trade for JO and draft Morris Almond. Fine, sign me up. The question is how?
