Yeah, I'm probably just out of touch. I like a real mohawk when the sides are shaved, and the top is a couple of inches high, but his seemed non committal and just sort of fluffy, like a pet.

But I'm the last guy who should talk about fashion.

I hate dallas.
Why? What's there to hate about Dallas? They have a bunch of fundamnentally sound, versatile, and exciting players.

Same question I've wondered. I like Dallas. They play the game the right way and they win. A superior team won last night (Dallas).
Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

I equate Cuban to Steinbrenner. Maybe even a more extreme version. An owner the demands winning, puts personal stake in the team and does whatever possible to get there. You can't do anything but respect that. I don't see how anyone could complain about Cuban when we have Dolan as an owner. I can certainly understand being jealous of not having a Mark Cuban here, though.

As for not winning the NBA finals, they've had a lot of obstacles. Not every team develops into champions overnight. It took Shaq something like 7 or 8 seasons before he won his first title. I see the same thing for Dirk. This year could be their year. They probably should've won last year, but they didn't.

Hey Marv your starting to make me mad with all this Dallas hate. You know Dirk's my boy and Dallas is my team behind the NY Bricks. BUt how could think the Miami Heat are less annoying because they essentially cruise for about 40 games of the season and because the monster in the mild gets in his best shape during the postseason they win the Championship thats ****ing annoying.

ha! that's part of what's annoying about dallas - they're regular season johnnies. put 'em up against a team with some genuine clutch players (= miami) with some real pressure and what happens? choke!! 4 in a row!!

don't you want them to just get it over with early this year and spare you the pain???

Hey what about Phoenix? The Mavs did go through what most analysts consider the two best teams last year in Phoenix and SA granted there was no cigar but give them a tiny bit of credit. If they don't win the Chip this year than it will be gut-wrenching.

p.s.
I would be lying if I said I wasn't worried with this Warriors series

What happened when they San Antonio last season? Or are Duncan, Parker, and Ginobili not genuine clutch players?

I wasn't comparing the Mavs to the Spurs of the past. The Spurs have achieved much more. I was just citing the Mavs' defeat of the Spurs as being inconsistent with your claim that the Mavs always fold when facing a good, clutch team.

The Spurs were injured all over last season. I'm not so sure it will be the same this year, if they play eachother. Yet then again, the Nuggets are giving the Spurs some fits too.

Everyone's got some injuries. The Spurs still sent their top players out and Duncan had one of his best series.
