Whats great is Sam Mitchell was awful a few years ago. His teams sucked and he was challenging them to fights and had lost them.

It was amazing he held the job that long and I suppose ownership was being cheap by not firing him.

Now he turns it around and obviously changed his manner and got better at keeping control and earning respect. All in a contract year!

That is amazing. I'm always impressed when someone takes a long, hard look in the mirror and decides to do whatever's necessary to improve themselves as a person and as a professional.
