Hey, since you guys are feeling all lovey with each other, I'm looking for an apartment. Anybody know where I can find a 2 bedroom for less that $1200? All I require is that the buildings crack piss aroma be kept to a level where I won't catch a contact high.

Yonkers or jersey? That's what everybody says and that's what I have come to find out on my own.

Homeless people got it made. They live every and anywhere. They get tax free money that can probably pile up a ok wage if they don't do drugs. Subways run 24hrs. Not a bad gig.

In all seriousness, work eventually sucks. Even if its something you love to do, you eventually would love to do it less.

I always tell people that lose their job, get laid off, fired or whatever to just enjoy it. Think of the time off as a vacation. Go visit mofos you haven't seen in a minute. Lay in around the house like you did in high school and go wild with the video games and masterbation. You deserve it. Unless you have enourmous responsibilities, just say **** it for a little while, with your broke ass.

I can point you in the direction of a 1 bedroom upstairs in Yonkers in Hilltop Acres. My family i selling it for about 170,000.

Wait to buy it until after April 12 and it can be a private sale and cut out the real estate commission of about 6%.

I'll email you my uncle's number if interested.

I am in web and multimedia as well. Working for yourself definitely has its ups and downs, and in many ways it is harder than havinga real job -- administration, finding clients, controlling them, not getting stiffed.

But in the end it is more rewarding, and I don't have to get on the train every day. yesterday I bought a $1,000 chair! I can't believe it, but I needed to do it and I think my back will thank me.

yeah, i think i'll be checking out some creative headhunters in the next few days... i already sent out a bunch of resumes today for positions that sounded like they were right up my alley, so hopefully i'll be hearing something soon... good thing for me i have my tax refund coming my way & a few weeks salary saved up otherwise i'd be severely screwed.
