Shak, Duncan, Webber – they are the type of players who like Isiah sad "Can win games for you single handed"
And they were able to do this not once in the blue moon (see Craf, Stephan) but consistently over long stretch of years.
Yes - to win a title they was in need of Kobes, Ginoblis, and Wades.
Can Eddy win games for you? Just one game? No way. He can play good enough to allow others to win.
Star player is a combination of so many things like versatility, hard work, skills, winner mind sad, mental toughness, physical abilities, stamina, etc.
Eddy has some skills (offense) and good body (if in shape). That’s about it.
So what the buzz?

Guys Guys.......

I think you're confusing 2 things:

1.) That I'm saying we can GET a "Kobe"

and 2.) That Curry has to stay in NY

All I'm saying is, Curry would work BEST being paired with someone that can really make good off his double teams.

And I've also said it before, I'm the 1st to put the pieces together.

There were 3 teams other than us that went strong after Curry:

Atlanta
Cleveland
Los Angeles

Coincidence?

No.

Bron, Kobe, JJ.

Bynum will be a better all around player than Curry, but he won't be the offensive threat Curry is.

JJ has no help in the frontcourt.

And Big Z is getting old and slow in Cleveland.

I'd trade Curry for Bynum, Curry for Josh Smith, or Curry and 1 of our bad contracts for Veraejo and small contracts...

DLee is the best thing to happen to NY in Isiah's 4 year tenure. And that alone, though a positive on the radar, is sad as hell.

I'd do any of those trades too but we know Isiah wouldn't.

True.

I do like Nate Robinson in the starting lineup though...

Especially with Jefferies at the point forward...

I think we need to get rid of Channing Frye and either Crawford or Q. We need a harder PF. That package should return something good...

Curry needs someone who knows how to make an entry pass to the low post... Jamal, Mardy, Malik & D Lee are the only guys on this team who know how... unfortunately, 2 of them are done for the season, & the other 2 are minor role players on this team.
After 7 years & 40K+ posts, banned by martin for calling Nalod a 'moron'. Awesome.

Veraejo?! Come on!

Depends what you want:
Appearance (big body and dunks) - Eddy
Substance (little stuff that you need to win) - Veraejo
