The problem with that is that Isiah has hitched this franchise fortunes to curry and honestly I don't think he is mentally and physically capable of carrying the load of a franchise player, it is a huge responsibility, that is why those guys are at a premium. and we don't have the picks to get that type of guy, unless we get realy lucky mid to late in the draft. Now we have some good pieces but they are complimentary pieces, good ones, but what are they complimenting?

I say go for broke and get rid of Marbury and Francis then start the young players. If the team grows up and wins then everything is fine. If the team crashes and burns next season then we have a top 5 pick to find a player for these guys to compliment. What if Durant doesn't even come out this season???? DOing that next year would be a win-win.

everyone is to blame. blame dolan for his mismanagement and giving thomas an extension at the most critical time of the season which backfired in his fat face. blame thomas for making constant excuses for this team instead of riding them ( which coincidentally, when they were playing better basketball, he stopped making excuses and clamped down which made them play better). blame the players who are injured, fatigued and most importantly playing losing basketball. they seemed to have lost any passion they had and making excuses just like their captain. i think a 32-50 record is NOT significant progress, which we are on pace to get. helping the bulls once again.

oh, by the way, tfk, your son shouldn't have erased his team on nba live. do what i do: trade to make them better. i traded francis for antwan jamison and i am ripping up the league. great thing about video games: you can make it so it will not disappoint you like the knicks do in real life. 15 years of nba video gaming is theraputic for the constant heartache through the years this team has put me through.

it's karma.

we trade for dice and he's 1/3rd of the player he was before the injury.

we trade for steph and h20 has to retire.

we fire the mean old man and we lose three 30+ min players preventing us from making the playoffs.

we waive jalen + mo - two guys that this team could've used all season.

things never work out for this team. and it's b/c the owner is a dolt and surrounds himself with guys that aren't that much smarter. he already said he doesn't expect the team to win next year, but the year after that. reach for the stars should be the team's motto.

We have enough players to win games--the problem over the last 10 has been guys havent stepped up[Frye Jefferies] and some have regressed [Curry]we need those points/play and its not there.

Everybody player in he league aren't qualified to perform at MSG the woulds most famous stage. timidity, lack of stones, mama's boy, don't truly love the game.

We need players with heart and some tenacity who loves the lights, loves the media and have the game to back it up.

Its the youth, the free throws, the crowd, the injuries, the media

Isiah is such a joke, he is blaming it on youth now. He had Rose, Marbury, Francis, Jefferies, Curry, James out there all who have played in the league over 6 years.

I know Nate, Balkman, Frye, and Collins are young, but give me a break we were lucky we didn't get smoked this team is always doubling the post and leaving people wide open for threes. I am not really sure why he had nate guarding nelson with the game on the line anyway. You need a stop, why not go with Collins, Marbury, Balkman, Jefferies, and Rose and see what happens. Its not like Nate was bringing anything to the table, he doesn't guard, jawed with the refs while giving up the go ahead three and then drove out of control and got his shot blocked....

Isiah has been an awful coach all year long, i have no idea why he has gotten credit for a team, that has lost 1/4 of there games by 10pts, plays zero defense, turns the ball over, can't shoot free throws, and blows games down the stretch with bad decisions

I think that is the team he started out with....

He just got tired of having curry at center with the knicks, actually he started doing what I do when I use the knicks. I bench curry fromt he start, put frye at center and bring in lee..... It works well..

i pretty much have the same team besides the francis/jamison trade. i am in my second season so i am trying to win a championship with this team. i usually win two championships in a row before i just rebuild from scratch through draft and cap room ( i find this part enjoyable. i like making draft prospects superstars). i agree that frye is good in this game and gets exponentially better each year.

Jamal and marbury are hell to guard on this game. My son can drop 40 on anyone with jamal LOL... But frye does get better each year, I like playing with him because he actually rebounds the ball, he and lee. curry gets his shot blocked a lot I have noticed.. I find that odd LOL.... The team he has now that I mentioned in my previous post is pretty good. He uses TJ ford strictly as a distributor and you better not leave Korver.... LOL!!
