those 4 game stats are against some of the "weaker" competition in the league. these next 5 games will be more telling.

That's how I feel.

MS you are hopeless, Q rich is not a 2guard and Jamal does way more for the knicks then him.

Curry had 8 last night... what's your point? he's averaging a little over 7 a night this year, which isn't good by any stretch, but isn't horrible either... no one has ever said Curry was a good rebounder either... i realize you just want to be a PITA by taking potshots at people who offer up a possible reason why he may not be grabbing as many as he could on a particular night, but try to have a valid argument when you do it.

This is a guy who supoosedly wants to be and believe he was snubbed as an All-Star. Is he showing it on both ends of the court? And once again the team gave up a lot to get him and need far more than a 1-way player. He got 8reb last night, the previous night he got 4, the previous night 7, then 7 again, then 11, then 4. It's been this way the whole yr with him. Without Lee, Q's bad back and Balkman getting yo-yo minutes Eddy clearly should be snagging 10reb every game, every game, every game, every game,.... every game. Stop apologizing for him. Doesn't the team more than ever need him to step up his game? Ray Allen had 8reb last night also.

see, you keep harping back on the point that Eddy's not a franchise player when i've been in agreement w/you on it all year... the fact that he's not a good rebounder is obvious... who's debating that? you're calling people 'nitwits' for offering a possible reason why in some games he might not be grabbing as many as he could otherwise because he's playing alongside guys who are strong rebounders in their own right... there's only a certain amount of rebounding opportunities in any given game... if you think playing alongside good rebounders won't effect your own rebounding totals, i don't know what to tell you...

Ray Allen grabbed 8 last night... that's nice... is he playing w/any good rebounders on his team? just curious... Collison is an 8 rpg player... Wilcox is giving them a little over 7 a game... if you put D Lee on that team & he grabs 13, don't you think that would take a couple away from Ray's total? it's not that complicated a concept... on our team last night Q grabbed 9 & is averaging over 7 a game this season... if he's not on the floor it's not too hard to imagine Curry maybe grabbing 1 or 2 more than he did... so again, what's your point?

The whole point is with Lee out who averages 10reb/gm Curry's rebounding should increase significantly especially since he's the only true big man getting minutes when Balkman and Channing are getting Yo-Yo'd. Why can't you grasp this? His rebounding numbers definitely shouldn't drop not one inkling but they have. So basically what you are saying is take Q, Lee, Balkman, Frye, and Malik out of the game and just maybe Curry would have a fair shot at grabbing 10/gm. How come Q's rebounds increased? How come EY isn't taking away Q's rebounds?
