Would you trade DLEE for Udonis Haslem?

Seriously, DLEE's my favorite Knick, but I would strongly consider making this deal.

Once Lee is unrestricted, he's gone.

I still say he's going to team up with Howard in Orlando or Wade in Miami.

He's a Florida guy.

If Lee leaves on his own, he's a fool...He will make more money in NY than any other state in the country...That said, the New York Knickerbockers are bigger than David Lee...If he leaves, the Knicks will go on...For some reason you think that Lee will be able to pick and choose where he wants to play...Hmmm...

i.e. I agree with you but I'm not going to give you the satisfaction when he does.

PSS..None of their opponents during this streak are above .500. And aside from a Miami team that was still getting over losing their superstar player, all the others completely suck.

They were gifted a win by the refs against the Bucks.

The Heat just lost their superstar player

The Warriors were 6-23 on the road.

The Hawks are one of the worst in the league.

Even then they barely won those games.

You keep crowing about it though.

The Knicks have lost to these same teams with DLee on the court earlier this season...What's your point...

I like DLee and hope he remains a Knick for a very long time...He gets a lot of hype on this board though..If he leaves it would definitely hurt the Knicks..But he is not a piece that cannot be replaced...

That Isiah's Knicks aren't very good.

You can't say that about any of the players (although Lee is the closest) that Isiah has spent multiple lottery picks and hundreds of millions of dollars to acquire.

That's a huge freaking problem.

David Lee was able to dunk Saturday for the first time since he injured his right ankle and a leg muscle Feb. 25, and he predicted he would play Tuesday. "It feels 100 times better," Lee said. "I'm out of my depression state."
Let's go Knicks. That's amare

They're 3-3 without Lee against six sub .500 teams. That's awful.

Awful? Who the hell are we? We are a sub .500 team, so who are we to expect or turn our nose up at any victory? They are playing better. In that stretch 3 are without Crawford, 3 without Robinson, and tonight with Q leaving early. When Lee comes back they should improve. I'm fine with Crawford out, the offense looks better.

oohah

Good luck Mike D'Antoni, 'cause you ain't never seen nothing like this before!

I think Lee will get traded long before we lose him to free agency. We have his Bird rights and can match any offer and as others have stated, Dolan is not afraid to give a player a big contract. Lee will have to learn to consistently hit that outside shot and play better defense against starting caliber PF's before I anoint him our starting PF, but I think he can accomplish both goals. Lee is not going anywhere unless it is in a trade for O'Neal or some other player of that caliber.

Anyone can be traded. It's a business.

But the wringing of hands over the trade of David lee is like worrying about the boogey man.

and I love David Lee.

I think NY will sign him to an ext long before he becomes a restricted free agent. Money is not an issue here, the team is headed in the right direction, he knows he is a big part of what we're trying to do. What better place to play basketball and be a crowd favorite than NY. If we win a title with this core and he is on the team, he will be part of knick history forever. I would stay if I were him.

Holfresh you must have hit you head on the asphalt in Brooklyn playing against the Goat yesterday. The knicks are 3-3 with out Lee and I am glad they are winning. The guards have picked it up and we still have a chance to make the playoffs. How exciting being a Knick fan for two years and we may make the playoffs.
