Yes, if you repeat things...for no reason at all, you think people listen more.

Jamal shoots 64.5% in the final three minutes of games.

SO what's the point of putting this up?

DJ showed that he doesn't. You said this so people would believe and never get called on it. Posters should be aware how much this happens on this board, it's really bad.

True you make my head spinn. Can you tranlate please what does it means?

I think Queennie has gone on record in particular when the news broke out about Jamal season ending injury of how important he is to this team especially in the 4rth qrt. She mentioned he shot somewhere around 65% in the final minutes of the 4rth qrt. DJ then today shows that the dude shoots below 40% in the final minutes of the 4rth. Now I don't know if I'm 100% it was Queen but I'm leaning heavily toawrds it. I also don't know how serious she was when she said it. Nevertheless crap like this is spewed on this board all the time as facts.

Basic summary:

2007:
We trade our first round pick for Chicago's.
We trade our 2nd rounder to Philly.

2008:
We have a first round pick unless it is worse than 23, in which case we trade it to Utah.
We have a second rounder.

2009:
We have a first round pick unless it is worse than 24, in which case we trade it to Utah.
We trade our second rounder to Chicago.

2010:
We have no first round pick unless we traded our first round pick in either 2008 or 2009 to Utah.

OK
So 2nd rounder in 2008 and first and second in 2010
Not too much... Hareble job... looks like Social Security for babyboomers

huh? you're reading it backwards.

Thanks for information DJ. I am sure everyone feels MUCH MORE informed because of the post you made about our picks.

SOOOOOOOOOO...what's your point. Ummm, let me guess...oh, you want to continually drill in the point about how much we gave up to get Eddy and Marbury.

The sheer brilliance!

did you guys get married or something?

If New York is obligated to convey its own 2007 1st round pick to Utah via Phoenix, then New York's obligations to convey a 1st round pick to Chicago are extinguished.

what would you guys prefer... to keep the pick & swap w/CHI this season & still owe UTA a pick in the coming years, or to get it over with & just give CHI's pick over to UTA this year & not owe any 1st rounders after this season?

Briggs posted as such earlier- I'd agree- in fact- I wonder if we could get Utah to send us a 2nd rounder this year to us for us to give up the pick this year.

I look at it like this- we're late lotto this year- chances are good that, barring miracles, we're back to lotto again- and 2010 we might be lotto bound as well.

Ira, you're right, if we have a pick worse than 24 it goes to Utah and Chicago has no swap rights with us.

But what is not clear is if we trade our pick for the Chicago pick, and the Chicago pick is worse than 24, if we have to trade that pick over to Utah.

OMG! I started a thread about this exact topic a while ago and people talked to me like I was crazy! anyway Im almost posiive your wrong. based on what I have found out since that thread I started Utah can't take chicago's pick (which we would get via swap). It has to be our pick for them to do that. but I think we can offer it to them to see if they will take it so we don't owe them the one we owe them in the future. I wounldn't do that though.

Cutting through all the crap: There is a possibility that we will not have ONE first round pick in the deepest draft in years, and we definitely don't have a 2nd round pick in one of the deepest drafts in years.

We wil have a pick. its ours to give away if we want to but SINCE its the deepest drafts in years we will keep the pick. Lets not panic.
fishmike 9/27/2024 11:00 PM Ug I hate this. The idea of Towns is great until you see what a pussy he is. Jules is a dog. DD was a flamethrower locked up cheap for 3 more years. First Leon move I hate
