first off, jordan is not "running" the bobcats. the gm is bernie bickerstaff and he's done a fantastic job there. very calculated and astute moves for an expansion team.
secondly, all jordan is saying is that they need to spend some money if they want to win. and he's correct. vets are needed if they want to take a step forward. it's very difficult to win with a 5 starters under the age of 25.
we'll see how it works out.
I give MJ another 2 years before he is running that organization. He wants to have direct input into player personnel issues. He is still sour about Chicago and DC. He hungers to prove to the world that he is better than Kwame Brown. The only way he went the extra yard is that he came out of retirement to try to prove to the world that he was a decent executive. Now with Crawford injured who knows what Isiah may do. He may be forced to come out of retirement.
