Doesn't everybody like Crawford as a person?

oohah

And Curry for that matter?

Nah, he can get annoying.

>>Everybody knows this teams Big Three are Crawford, Curry and LEE

Anji - the big three?

I thought Marbury has been fairlay large over the last month, despite playing on bad wheels. Playing through pain is big.

There are no big three.

Only team.

The big three are clearly Big Snacks, Malik and Mardy "The Enforcer" Collins. Everyone else on this team is fodder.
Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

I like Jerome playing despite plantar faciitis as well. Anyone who's ever had it knows it feels like a 2 inch nail being driven in your heel with a jackhammer. So he gives Isiah some minutes off the top.

Malik played a huge game on Shaq to save Curry.

Mardy cheered, while Frye did a spicy kung-fu kick on the bench when Crawford hit the magnificent three from the corner. THey had a good night together.

TEAM

i've been the biggest supporter of Jamal here & always said i liked the progress i see in Curry's game... the only guy i've hated on is Marbury, but i give him props whenever he deserves them... last night was 1 of those nights... he was awesome.
After 7 years & 40K+ posts, banned by martin for calling Nalod a 'moron'. Awesome.

Yesterday was a rare game when we played smart ball all 48 minutes.
It was a team win. The numbers are misleading.
Craf had bad game but clutch shot at the end.
Marbs was role player for 3 quarters and exploded in 4th
Eddy was good all game offensively, a bit better as usual on defense and disappeared in the 4th

I like games decided by team effort not individuals. This is the only way you can stick to the wins.

You have to like the way they played last night, even if it was against an aging slow team, which is why the knicks guards were huge.....

Marbury did what he should have his entire career let the game come to him and take over when he needed too. Crawford continues to just be puzzling, if he would just cut down on some of his dribbling at times he would be so valuable, the kid just drives me crazy, because anytime he actually sets himself and plays smart basketball he makes the play. Eddy was huge for three quarters last night.

But 0pts 1rbs in the fourth was alarming especially since he game of 5 baskets one on one and was dominated by alonzo in the end.
-Again the most frustrating thing about Eddy is that he actually played motivated basketball for three quarters and really didn't even try that hard to get rbs and he had 10 in three quarters, if the guy gives a consistent effort all game you are looking at:
26pts 12rbs 2blks every night

curry also started slow, too. again a team had some success fronting him- more athletic defenders like haslem seem to do that pretty well. curry did a good job playing through it and turning it on after a slow start. he did his part- we're not going to be able to ride this kid for 48 minutes, there will be time we need other scorers to pick up the slack. that's the nature of the game.

one reason i don't understand why jerome starts is that curry hasn't seemed to get going early. if james is in to complement curry, why does eddy and the rest of our offense seem to keep sputtering early? it really makes no sense. start balkman

he will never start balkman because he knows he ****ed up two years in a row and has to justify it somehow, its like with lee we all know he isn't the best defender but what he does out there outweighs his defense.

Balkman I would say would be one of the best shot blockers if not the best in the league if he played starters minutes, i just like guys that can rebound the ball and play tough, jefferies doesn't do either....

Ride balkman and lee to the playoffs and get some experience

don't know if balkman would be one of the best shotblockers jsut because people would catch on. right now i think his stats benefit from the guys he spells- marbs craw and Q don't get up on shooters the way he can. he blocked a straightaway 3 last night (i think by posey), big difference between the ground and airspace he can cover and our other defenders. in a few years he'll still get his and disrupt the other team's O, but players will catch on and not get swatted as much, i expect.

love seeing him play- notice how fast he is? i really think all the reasons we start jerome, we'd be better off in those same areas playing balkman 5-10 minutes early in games (unless we've got shaq or yao to deal with). and the team will be better off in the long run to get renaldo some PT.

He has a lot of blks in limited minutes you don't see a lot of players actually reject shots, he is not out there enough to challenge shots around the rim, which is something i think he would do more of if he was out there......

8pts 6rbs 2stls 2blks 2ass

I think thats what you see in 20 minutes, and i am not estimating high
