Lee

Nets were and have been missing Kristic far longer than the Knicks have been missing Lee. That's not even remotely a good enough excuse.

In case you missed it, the Knicks aren't as deep as the Nets.

What's your excuse for continually posting nonsense?

Start listing the players on the Nets who are better than the Knicks 1-12. You might trade starters with them when healthy but the bench of the Knicks have a huge advantage by a wide margin.

I mean good grief the Nets were missing Nenad and Jefferson and still got handled by this team.

It's not just quantity, but quality as well.

Kidd, Carter.

The Knicks have no answer for either one.

If they zone Curry, and Lee is out, it's pretty tough to win. Yet they still almost did.

2 players don't make a team just in case you have missed it. The Nets lost like 5gms in a row with those 2 anchoring their team. You used the word DEEP and when you say that it means you take the sum of their parts. They were missing Kristic and Jefferson today which is the equivalent of missing Lee and I guess Francis. So if you are saying this team without Lee is crippled, meanwhile the SNUBBED ALL-STAR Curry remains, what does that say about this team?

You lack a sense of history. One player has repeatedly changed the fortunes of teams.

That's what great players do.

In case you didn't know, tith Kristic and Jefferson, the Knicks can't compete with the Nets. That's why some predicted the Nets to get to the NBA finals.

LOL stop backpedaling and give up seriously. You implied the Knicks lost today without lee and then porceeded to say the Knicks aren't as deep as the Nets. Only to then stick to 2 players as the reason why you made the statement. All you had to say was The Nets have superstars or All-Stars and the Knicks don't. But the rosters as a whole talentwise/on paper the Knicks should be/are better. They lost 5gms in a row at the beginning of the season to teams like Seattle, Portland, and Charlotte, that's when they were at full strength, how come our Knicks can't beat them at 65% strength admist a playoff race. Oh that's right because we don't have Lee right now. So once again what does that say about our team?

WTF are you talking about.

The Nets have more quality depth.

Let me make it simple for you:

The Knicks have two quality players.

The Nets have four quality players.

The Nets two remaining quality players are better than the Knicks one remaining quality player, and they play positions at which the Knicks don't match up well.

If you need any more help, let me know.

What about the benches? Remember you said DEEP.

I thought it was obvious that I meant the personnel that was left after the injuries, in other words, without Kristic and Jeffrson/without Lee.

The Knicks depth is kind of tough to analyze because Isiah gives so few minutes to Balkman, while Nate and Collins are buried. So their effective depth is limited.

I have been shocked with the success that Moore has had with the Nets. He is a career borderline player who was suspended for being underweight at one time in his career. Rod Thorn and the Nets have a style and bring in players who fit their style. They also have a core of players that has been there for awhile. We are still suffering from a team president whose philosophy was to constantly change personnel and to put together a roster without regard to whether players would compliment each other or fill needs. This year has been more exciting than last year but when the Knicks play a team that has been built with a plan, a style, and type of player in mind, it reawakens all the frustration and anger I have felt during the Isiah/Dolan era.

Bigs couldn't stop Nachbar and Moore or were the guards not able to stop the Nets guards from penetrating and setting them up for easy/open baskets?

Both Nachbar and Moore were having their way no matter what they did whether it was hitting WIDE open J's or if it was putting the ball on the floor and taking it to the hoop.
