matchups, anamolies, blips on the radar, unexplainable events, etc.
some guys play better against some players than others.

eddy vs. the jazz: 8.0 points, 3.0 rebounds

just one of those things.

but on the season, eddy is a 19.6 pts, 7.0 reb player. dwight is 17.4 pts, 11.8 reb player. and that's what everybody looks at, what players do over the long haul, not in individual games.

the only time this MAY matter is if orlando faces the knicks in the playoffs. but only then.

Eddy 8pts 7reb against Philly, anyone can sample size. But when looking at the big picture Dwight Howard has 34 double doubles on the season to go with 4 20+reb/gms.

If the Big Snacks can stop a player of Howard's caliber then he was a brilliant acquisition and should start every night. Does anyone really think that's the case?

DLee is the best thing to happen to NY in Isiah's 4 year tenure. And that alone, though a positive on the radar, is sad as hell.
