1 and 3 are too similar, I think. I think the reason players don't have consistent roles is because of the mismatched roster. So if you fix #3, you should get #1 for almost free. #2 could be a biproduct of #1 and #3 also. Players lack intensity because they don't have defined roles, and the roster is poorly constructed. We've seen before, when the Knicks were forced to play with a shortened roster than they played VERY well. I think the intensity might come if we just did something that Bip, myself and others have preached for FIVE years -- balance the roster.

knicks main problem are the fans. if we were better, they would win. blame us, not them.
