I've never seen so many screens run for Jamal........... EVER!!!! How about instead of trying to post up Jared 5 or 6 times when the games start, in hopes of getting him rolling towards his great production of 6 points and 5 rebounds, we run a couple of screens for Jamal to get him rolling to a 18 point and 6 assit night.

16 straight field goals. That is punishment. I never seen that before ever.

I like the human torch label. Maybe we can call Jamal that forever. When he gets hot he's the human torch cuz the knicks are pretty deadly when craw is on his game.

When he isn't? Sigh.

Did you guys see the highlights from when Jamal scored 50 as a Bull? What struck me is that, as thin as Jamal still is, I'd say he's added 10 or 12 pounds of muscle since then.

It was great to watch Crawford. He was in the zone. What's more, the team came out with fire after losing to Miami on Monday. They showed resolve and determination. Hopefully, Crawford can stay hot for 5 or 6 games and we can go on a mini-run. A 6 game winning streak will get us right back in the playoff race.

I guess Craw likes starting, huh? oh well, he did what Isiah couldn't bear to do - banish Jefferies to the bench. I guess Lee needs to go out and get 40pts and 20rebs and he can start, too.

Screens, double screens, curls, back doors. Isiah should be running that consistantly every game for Crawford. Post ups with Curry. Pick and pops with Marbury & Frye. Pick and rolls with Marbury & Lee/Jefferies.

Crawford should also continue to work that drive stop and pop midrange. And just lose that cross over side to side fade. Just drive, stop then pop, straight up.

yeah, I used to compare Craw's game to Rip Hamilton's and people laughed. I think if Craw got the kind of screens Rip did, he'd have a much higher shooting percentage. instead, he's usually forced to create his own shot, which only guys like Wade and Kobe and Iverson and Bron can do with any kind of good percentage from the perimeter. it's nice to use Craw to set up the inside game, but it'd be nice to run some plays for him to get him going early on as well.

agree 100% Jamal rarely misses from mid range. Its stupid that so many of his shots come from where they do. JC was the only guy who really showed good signs of becoming a better player last year under LB. Fewer 3's better D, more rebounds. Too bad he's back in chuck mode for most of this year. I think he could be a Rip type also. No doubt in my mind. Good post

I remeber when you brought this up. I agree. It would help his game alot if we run him off of screens. He needs to stop the cross-over fade-away jumper move and focus on just catch and shot situations. If we could get Jamal to shoot around 45% from the field, we would have a great compliment to Curry's inside game.

damn, i know i'm late on this thread, but good to see Jamal getting some props around here for a change... that was an alltime special game that'll go down in Knick franchise history... great to see a good guy like Jamal have a night like that.

& yeah Solace, that's exactly what i'm talking about when Jamal goes off on his hot streaks... but damn, even i never expected to see anything like that... that was just crazy!
