Jeffries was in the lane just as long. His defensive 3 seconds cancels Butler's out.
but you do realize that jeffries was to guard butler on the swith, so if he is standing in the lane for 3 seconds, it is legal as long as he is guarding someone, or within distance and he was, butler had no business in there for 3 seconds, I mean you do know how the rules work? don't you?
So you're claiming that Jeffries was guarding Butler but Butler was standing there under the basket all by himself and was able to catch and dunk the ball with Jeffries nowhere near him. If that's the case then Jeffries wasn't guarding anybody and was just in the paint which would be a defensive 3 second violation. And secondly, people should shut up about a possible 3 second violation on Butler because it's obviously Jeffries fault for not covering Butler in the first place.
no I am not claiming anything. just responding to the lunacy that jeffries was just standing in the lane, You said that, now you are asking me why was butler so wide open. I am saying that jeffries was switching over to butler, he was obviously late, therefore if he was late and butler was open then Jeffries was not standing in the lane and makes this following comment you made just seem ridiculous..
Jeffries was in the lane just as long. His defensive 3 seconds cancels Butler's out.
so which is it isle? was jeffries standing there or not? I think we know the answer, just admit, you made this statement for the sole purpose of being argumentative, nothing else..
