Craw would be even better if he took less 3s with the game tied and on the line.

I'd start Q. We have enough scoring from Curry, Frye, Marbury. Our interior defensive and rebounding will continue to suffer but we have Lee/Cato off the bench for boarding and blocking shots if needed
Marbury
Q
Jeffries
Frye
Curry

Lets go!

Quote of the Day

"We had them. We had them put away so many times. Missed free throw here, down three, three-point plays, it was crazy, man. But they showed a lot of resiliency. I'm sure they're happy with the win, very extremely happy beating us in a thriller like that."
-- Pistons guard Chauncey Billups, after his team lost to the Knicks in triple OT, 151-145.

I don't see him as that great in the clutch. Maybe last year and the year before on terrible teams. This year he is getting by. The guy is behind schedule for where is talent is.
We could be the Dallas Mavs of the East.

You guys are tough.

All I know is that with the game on the line and craw has it going he is an exciting player to watch. He's had a few ill advised 3pt bombs that he should have taken better shots, but let me ask all of you this: who else on this team can create and make the big shot when the knicks need it?

I think craw is developing into a leader for this team. The guys are looking to him to carry the team in crunch time and he is the swisher and disher, and the dancer and prancer. the team feeds off him.

I am happy Craw passed to Frye for a better shot in the 2OT rather than throwing up one of his crazy shots. That showed me his maturity and renewed my belief that he can be the person to handle the rock with the game on the line. He just has to stop taking those bad shots throughout the game. Nearly 50% of his shots are bad shots but he just happens to hit some of them so they do not look as bad. He needs to realize that if you run the offense, you can get open shots and your frontcourt can get offensive boards because you are now shooting when your frontcourt expects you to shoot.

i keep saying it over & over... the guy simply plays in more control & makes much better shot selection when he's looked on to orchestrate the offense rather than being purely a shooter... start the guy at PG, let Marbury play the 2 on offense for now as long as he's playing the way he is... when Q comes back you can start him at the 3 & have Jefferies come off the bench... D Lee has to stay in the starting rotation at the 4, w/Frye being the focal point of the 2nd team off the bench.
After 7 years & 40K+ posts, banned by martin for calling Nalod a 'moron'. Awesome.

I agree, cosign, +1, whatever.

When he has other responsibilities he doesn't think about shooting the ball as much. I've said it before also. I have never seen him revert to being a "shoot first" PG. He always shoots too much and gets trigger happy at the 2 guard spot.
