Why are people acting like this is the first time they have heard of a coach doing something like this? I agree this does not belong in the NBA but let's not act like this is a new act of conduct. This has been going on since the late 70's, 80's and 90's.
Kurt Rambis, Andrew Lang, Oakley, X-men and a thousand others use to make plays like this. Danny Fairy anyone?
Could we assume that Lawrence Franks made K-mart make that play on Tim Thomas after a timeout when Tim was scoring at will?
Nobody is saying its the first time. Again, post-Palace brawl, the rules changed. If you act like a thug, you will be treated like one and punished like one. Furthermore, this was an ugly brawl, and at least one player could've easily gotten hurt. Isiah had a big role in this. Does a coach do something like this in other instances? Probably. But, Isiah actually got caught. That's the difference.
Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.
