Heck, I'm not proud of what the Knicks did.

This is what I don't get. The knicks were drubbed in the game. They showed no pride, pride keeps you in games. This was shallow retribution when the game was over.

I don't see how anyone could have watched that game and felt that the humiliation came in the last two minutes and at the hands of Karl. The humiliation came in the second and third quarters when the Knicks lay prone on the floor with their asses in the air, like so many games before.

That the franchise has diminished our threshold of pride to such degree that putting out the 15th man to hatchet some shlub with a minute to go, as retribution for our own embarrassing play, is a cause for celebration speaks loudly to the depths to which we have sunk.

The point of the article is that the NBA has come so far since the incident with the Pistons and Pacers. The image of the league has changed and they continue to work hard to change the image. Whether you agree with a dress code, or rules about complaining to refs, it has helped to change the perception of the league. The NBA has also started an organization called NBA Cares. This incident, whether or not you see it as major or minor, made the national media and is totally opposite of what the NBA is trying to project as its image. That was the point of the article.

That's what Berman brought out in his article. I didn't even think about referencing the San Antonio game and it sounds like Zeke may have set himself up for some potential heavy punishment either to himself or Team.

There is NO way Karl should have his regulars in ,up 20 points with 2 mins left to play. He was trying to stick it to Isiah for his buddy LB. That doesnt justify what happenend but it was not right.Teams get pissed when they know you are trying to stick it to them.
fishmike 9/27/2024 11:00 PM Ug I hate this. The idea of Towns is great until you see what a pussy he is. Jules is a dog. DD was a flamethrower locked up cheap for 3 more years. First Leon move I hate

What Karl did justifies a wise crack from Isiah in his post game comments, little else.

The rest is just an enormous distraction from our prideless play that leaves us open to humiliation in game after game.

That's cool if you really feel that mad. If for nothing else by me doing what I did that was uncalled for the other day, it clearly proves we are different posters and that in of itself should make you feel better. I may suggest one other thing to the Mod on this board to smooth things over a bit. You made a solid point I was just quoting like I would any other poster. You're not the only poster I quote.

Let's try not to make jokes of this anymore seriously. I'm all for a friendly piss match here and there, it gets the testosterone flowing but this is something that could have been avoided and I man'd up the best way I knew how after the mistake.

I'm less concerned about this board where I'm an active poster. But I don't post on RealGM anymore which only fuels speculation that I was waived and re-upped with the modified name.

Truth is you were the one waived there so you utilized my name in some convoluted retribution against RealGM. Give me a break, don't use me for some weirdo personal agenda. I did nothing for or against you, don't join me to your hip.

I simply see zero reason for you and I to be affiliated. I don't want ANYONE thinking you and are are the same, or in anyway related. I'm a poster, not a franchise. I don't need groupies, sycophants, hanger-ons, stalkers, trolls, or anything else.

Find a name that's about you, not me. SeatsBlue is scary enough, but even when I ask you to change it you make it TrueBlue, and refuse to change it on RealGM? Weird, weird, weird!

You've inconvenienced me enough as it is, for no wrong-doing of my own. I can't believe you refuse to cut the crap. What's wrong with you?

There is some truth to what you said. But not all true. I actually tried to re-up with different names. They never activated those. One day that famous thread you made got bumped or replied to. That made me say to myself hey I'll Goof for a while. The name got activated but I didn't post for a while over there because I was still mad and didn't want any negative backlash. I've never been warned or P.M.'d on anything, not even getting into it with anyone at least on that board since. Let me ask you this, Do you still have a way to P.M. the mods over there? Because if you do can you find out what the process(particularly if there's any length of time to activate handle change)is to change the handle.

If you are referring to that Thread I made About the Fans on that board your name was referenced because in a similar way I linked and quoted a ton in that thread.

If you want to post over there I can possibly help you out if you want.

Let's just Truce Man seriously. I'm not mad, not trying to gimmick you or anything of the sort. I have Mad respect for you and no doubt you don't need me but we should be cool and civil with each other from this point.

I mean this kind of stuff could go on forever like when people photoshop pics, are they considered Majorleads Groupies?

Anytime someone says something that's considered Hate are we all considered Djsunyc UK Mafia groupies?

Now that I remember the reason I got waived a while ago on that board was becuase I linked(considered) a very old article Herb Williams speaking on the LB situation.

I think they suggested I was spamming the board. I was like uhhhhhhh O.K.

Seven players, 15 games each, according to the CNN headline. Details pending.

Ouch.

So, we lose Nat, Jeffries, and Collins through Feb?

Ooops, I guess that CNN headline was wrong. The correct penalties are in the conference call topic.
