watching kidd and nash...and then marcus off the bench makes me want to punch isiah in the face.

Or light his balls on fire.

Now I have a question for all those who wishing we had Marcus. What do you say if he turns out to be a new age Stephon Marbury?

Speaking of which, how was his defense tonight?

he's doing a good job on barbosa.

Defense was average but he had a very key steal with about 2 minutes left in the 4th quarter.

I still say Nash would whoop Marbury one-on-one.

is that in a game of Life or on the blacktops of Coney Island?

i think if you have a pg that can orchestrate and offense and get everyone involved, then you can live with a less than spectacular defense (i.e nash, paul, etc.)

Kidd and Nash are UNREAL. I like what i've seen from M. Williams as well. This is just an exciting offensive game.

The back and forth that they have going is so much fun to watch.

This is odd, we've got a Nets gamethread on here

Hey, nobody can sell shoes like Bundybury, I'll give him that. But on the court Nash is a better shooter, he's faster, and a better finisher. Better defender too. Just because he has superior court vision and a PG mentality doesn't mean he can't score.

not drafting williams was a big mistake.

the future would've looked much brighter if we had.

DLee is the best thing to happen to NY in Isiah's 4 year tenure. And that alone, though a positive on the radar, is sad as hell.

This game is EPIC and completely confirms the Knicks have a SANITATION BACKCOURT.

Now Marbury did resemble Kidd on that play. He can dribble of his foot with the best of 'em.

Can we take turns punching him in the face?

Sure but the line starts behind me.

Why did we need Marcus when we have 4 shooting guards playing point guard?

And use your head. What's more important, getting a starting point guard for the next 10 years or an energetic role player off the bench?
