Agree with your sentiment here. Also I thought Isiah sat Q too long because he really cooled off later in the game. What exactly is the purpose of having Crawford on the floor last night. I must have fallen asleep when he had productive minutes.

I'll add to this: Francis had an EXCELLENT first quarter, punctuated by 6 assists. He sat all of the second except for the last 2 minutes. Why?

This is the main reason why I felt that Francis and Q got cold. Why can't we just feed the hand that is hot? It seems that teams don't have to figure out a way to stop Q because Isiah will shut him down, by keep him on the bench for large portions of the game.

Interesting..I felt Marbury sat for too long in the 4th while Francis forced his usual turnovers down the stretch

They were, but it was all directed at DJ, so it was cool.

Wow- I really want to make that hang- I would have joined in last night but I had a gig (yes I'm another musician on here) but I really love the brilliant recaps- someone will pay you money to do that before long dj! (I just hope I don't have to pay to read it)
If you are still following the team and reading sites like this, there is nothing, short of your own demise, that is going to throw you off this train.

dj, now i know your recaps give a better sense of the game than going to the game itself.

it was great meeting everyone but it was all about meghan. her knowledge of the game is surpassed only by her magnificent beauty.

the rest of you guys were pretty hot too, but that's only because I don't get out enough these days.

meanwhile, for the knicks, these 'moral victories' are starting to add up. to what, i don't know (a piss poor record?) but we sure get a lot of them...

it was a pretty good game for what might be our 'big three' (eddy, steph, and q) and we still came up short. a lack of a good 'head out there', guys who can knock down an open three, and any semblance of consistent defense continues to put us in the position of praying for crawford to get his streaky-freaky going in the waning minutes of the game to get us over the hump. that's not a winning formula in my book. but it was nice seeing eddy playing strong to keep us in it.

That must have been a funny scene when you laid your eyes on Starbury1 for the first time. Please tell me he didn't where those Starbury shorts!

starbury1 is an awesome guy and he has a good sense of humor. he even gave me the satisfaction of visibly wincing at every marbury jab i threw his way.

i hope those guys got home okay. they had a 3 am train home and the last i saw of them they were in times square thinking "this sure doesn't look like kansas"... (there's no place like home, there's no place like home, there's no place like home...)

starbury1 is a good kid. A bit nuts but a good kid just the same. :)
I LOVED how Curry just exploded in the 4th, speaking as a fan of the Raptors, Curry looked well, scary I think is the word. Or Shaq-like Curry: 19.1ppg-7.3rpg-58%fg

Starbury1 is kool kid. It would be interesting if Starbury1 and that kid General meet face to face. It would be Jamal vs Crawford.

Blue you and DJ are too kind in your descriptions but again all of your guys were great. Basically 11 die-hard fans last night commiserating about the downfall of their franchise.

NOOOOOOOOOOOO, you spelled it wrong. I said Bippity11. LOL
