Unless you're KG or Vince and a handful of other guys, just dunk with two hands please. Its simple, do that & its either a dunk or a foul or both.

Frye sucks. He will go down as a poor #8 pick. We got a backup center with the #8. Most teams draft backup centers in the late 20s. That's where Frye was projected before Mr. Ego Isiah gave him a guarantee after viewing three other players.

Isiah's had some good draft picks, but Frye wasn't one of them.
Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

Solace - did you really say Frye sucks?

Please own up to that remark in another year or so.

Solace - so, let me get this straight... draft "projections" are now the ultimate measure of where NBA players should be selected?

who died and made beat writers boss?

There is no denying our 1st unit looks a lot more composed with Lee starting
I LOVED how Curry just exploded in the 4th, speaking as a fan of the Raptors, Curry looked well, scary I think is the word. Or Shaq-like Curry: 19.1ppg-7.3rpg-58%fg

If Curry had half of Lee's heart he would be Shaq

I really think this is a misnomer and unfair to Curry. Curry is about five inches shorter than Shaq, who is a legit 7'3". Curry is about the same height as Amare. He's pretty damn good on the offensive end for his height.

I had a feeling this would happen. Frye is an asset. frye is a weapon but our starting lineup is much better without him. frye should be our 6th man ala kevin mchale. Then he can come in and shoot as much as he likes. For one reaon or another he really hurts our starting lineup. Let Lee start and have Frye be our 6th man. Lee Curry and frye should all play 30plus minutes.

yup, I agree completely. I hope Dlee keeps his starting job this time, we're much better when he starts.

Shaq is NOT 7'3. He's 7'1

oops, okay, still he's got three inches on Curry and even in his prime weighed about 40lbs more than Curry.

Curry is 6'10" - if he was three inches shorter he'd be Sweetney. three inches makes a lot of difference. It's just a misnomer to call him Shaq. He is big and agile, but he isn't the dominating physical pressence Shaq is.

I think Shaq is the player he is because of his heart. He's been overweight and he's still performed because he wants to dominate. I don't think Curry really cares.

did you watch him last night? he was screaming and clapping his hands and pumping his fist. maybe Shaq is just better than Curry? there's no shame in that, Shaq is one of the top three centers of all time. not everyone can be that good. if you stop comparing him to Shaq and just look at how he plays, it's obvious that he's trying and improving, he's developed all sorts of moves he didn't use to have.

I saw Eddy playing with emotion last night and thats great to see, I would love to see him continue to do that, but I've seen this from Eddy before and I've seen him go right back into his shell. I hope stays outside of that shell and continue to play with the emotion he's displayed recently.

Shaq is one of the 3 best centers of all time if not the best. Can we set the bar any higher? Do you think shaq at age 23 gets traded for Mike Sweetney and Ty Thomas? Isnt there some middle ground between shaq and being horrible?

yeah, I don't know about anyone else, but if Curry can give me 20ppg and 7rpg this season, I'd be ecstatic. that's not great, but it's about Gasol-level effectiveness.

constantly comparing him to Shaq is insane. there will probably never be another Shaq.

The only reason this is even being argued is because Fishmike said if Eddy had HALF of Shaq's heart, he'd be a monster. I don't think there is any disputing what Fish said and no one is comparin Eddy to Shaq.
