IMO this sounds more like an excuse than a complaint. seriously.

Don't forget that Marbs also took last season off so I compare it to coming back from a major season ending injury. It sometimes takes a full year to get things back after a season ending injury. I'd imagine it's the same thing when you take a full season off like he did last year. Especially difficult at his age.

It was Anthony Carter and he played for the Heat. By forgetting to exercise his option in time, he became a free agent and the Heat got some unexpected cap space. The turned that into Lamar Odom. Lamar Odom and Caron Butler turned into Shaq. And Shaq turned into a championship. Those suckers got lucky.

And as far as "Operation: Anthony Carter" goes, we need someone here who works for a courier service, or Fed Ex, or UPS, or the USPS, who's willing to step up and make this happen. We need to find out what service Marbury's agent uses and we need to intercept those papers. We need to make any record of their delivery disappear. This is the only way. Who's with me?
