I think really the whole point of this thread not to compare the two or even give credit to Frye for having a good game. (because he didn't) The bottom line is Frye has some REALLY nice moves in the post against one of the better defenders at the PF position. KG was visible frustrated. (I was at the game) Hopefully he can build off this. You'd think it would be a major confidence boost.
excellent post. I see people missing the point. No one is comparing frye to garnett,but what is being said is that frye took one of the best post defenders in the legue to the post and scored on him 6 times,with a variety of hooks, personally, I was impressed. it just dispells the myth that frye can't play in the post.and he scored some of those baskets with ease......
BTW: did you see how curry almost brought down the basket with that dunk!!! I was like holy shyt....
