if the NBA ever found about about that buyout payment, it would be considered a bypass of the CBA & they'd be in some serious doo-doo i'm guessing.

Marbury is free to opt out after the season, but the Knicks can't pay him to do it.

SO LETS JUST BENCH HIM FOR THE REST OF THE SEASON AND NOT PLAY HIM THAT WAY HE WILL OPT OUT SINCE HE HAS A TON OF MONEY AND WILL PROBABLY BE BROKEN DOWN AT THE END OF HIS DEAL AND WONT GET ANOTHER PAY DAY

We should conduct a fundraiser with the proceeds going to buying out Marbury's contract.
