the right move in that situation would have been to bench Marbs obviously, but Isiah is too afraid to damage his poster child's ego any further.
After 7 years & 40K+ posts, banned by martin for calling Nalod a 'moron'. Awesome.

It's funny the depths that some go to to try and find some possible way to be an apologist for IDIOCY. I'm not specifically referring to you Benard but nevertheless it's really frustrating to hear the daily excuses that have existed for about 5yrs now.

White guys especially from US are not attracted to NBA.
There are a lot of International players and for them it's big money and bid stage.
But white guys from US are more into Baseball, Football, and hockey.

To me it's all the culture of NBA - shift to external athletism and show business.
Even great white athlets will never look as good as black bballers. Most of them really cannot jump..
Look at euro game - scrapy fight for win at any cost. Looks agly at times and no highlights. Almoust like Soccer

And that's why I said I wasn't referring to you specifically it's just that your post tends to open the door for an excuse or skepticism. As to say "see Zeke was being judicial", when he wasn't. He was showing favoritism and stupidity that he's shown here for his tenure. He didn't bench Marbury because he's more concerned about Chokebury's shakeness and hurting his feelings publicly instead of truly laying the law down for what's not acceptable. You should never show up a teammate on the court, particularly when you happen to be in the wrong.

Well that didn't happen. He left Marbury in and benched Lee after Marbury's bad pass. IMO if I'm Lee what message does that send me especially when you put me back into the game later? Lee played a pivitol role in the comeback. Shouldn't he have been rewarded playing time to the end? Marbury should have been benched and that's who Q should have replaced. Finish the game with Craw, Nate, Q, Lee, Curry.

And isiah does need to stop playing favorites. Frye and Francis need to come off the bench. I choose Francis over marbury because for as bad as marbury has been recently i feel francis has been worse. I also think he would take coming of the bench better than marbs would.

Curry has to start, we have to follow through on the gamble isiah took when he traded for him. He needs to be given every chance to develop. I think that playing along to solid defenders/rebounders would staunch the defensive bleeding when he is on the court.
