larry had a plan, he just kept it to himself and joe glass.

42 lineups says it all, not much of plan
in his 17 years, he never did that.
Alright. Curry, and Q started somewhere every game. Marbury started every game when not injured. Davis started every game until he was traded(or suspeded)

I said it before and someone else bought it up in another thread. We have too many guys who do not distinguish themselves from each other. The talent level on this team is so equal the starters and bench players are not distinguishing themselves from each other.

marcus plays no defense.

balkman is a talent on the defensive end. MUCH rarer.

All that and he still can't see more than 6 minutes on the court.

We have so many talants that they should make a show on The Brodway.
We have divas (marbs), big cryin babys (Curry), drama (LB), vilans (IT), pussis (Fry), and "Who let the dogs out..." Lee and Bulk.

We had brodway Blueshirts (Rangers) and now we have Brodway Bullsheets (Knicks)

This should be the Show of the year...

the real move we should have made was trade Frye for Artest, if that was on the table. that was one of the only chances we had to acquire a game-changing talent.

Larry was in a process of breaking things down. There didnt appear to be any ryhme or reason but heres a guy w/ almost 20 years of coaching experience and just about all of it winning. It would have been far more interesting to see what this team did under another year of Larry then watch whats going on now

And so it begins, any number over 23 means that it's a successful season in the LB Haters and/or Isiah Lovers eyes.

So is that with or without the players tanking, like they so obviously did last year?

its not wins or losses that I care about- its whether there is chemistry developing and player improvement.

Q is back- that's good.

Curry showed flashes in maybe 2 games, and at least is healthy.

Lee is looking solid.

Nate is playing in control.

Balkman, while not Marcus Williams, certainly looks like he belongs in the NBA. For goodness sakes, how many 6'6" rookies get tossed at Yao and look decent doing it?

Yes, we're getting blown out early- but

We're not giving up.

Last year, we got blown out AND gave up.

Yes, Frye's play is garbage- but he will turn it around.

Marbury has looked aggressive of late.

Overall, I'm not ready to jump.

I moaned when Isiah was announced as the GM.

A lot of his moves have been very bad (Curry!)

But, I would rather have Isiah here coaching than LB as Coach and GM.

The way the NBA is going with being geared towards open offensive play, I think its leaving certain coaches behind. Like LB.

Yeah losing to the best team in the league IS concerning. Not to mention it was on the road on the 2nd day of a back to back.

Bring back LB! Then we would've won against the Spurs! Right?!

have you been watching this team this season?

outside of crackhead jamal in denver or miller/warrick missing FT's, we're 0-7.

you gotta love this. Only the losses are legitimate. Yeah, long live larry.

when you are down double-digits every game you are LUCKY to be 2-5 and we are. i'll call memphis a draw but denver was rabbit's foot fever.

don't worry about killa. his sole purpose as a fan this season is hoping this team show's old man catheter how wrong he was.

For a guy that hired ed Manning to win a national championship in college and winning one in the NBA this guy is God. The bottom line is the guy got fired after going to the championship game with the Pistons. Most teams he leaves they are in worse shape. Great job with the Olympics also, LB has done some nice things he was a miserable coach last year

Could he have been miserable to prove a point about having to dismantle the team? The guys who did the DD on LB--IT Dolan and Mills--KNEW what they were getting into. The guy went to 3 finals in 5 years and won an ncaa championship. My bet is he is NOT a nice guy, he probably is a snake. I said before we hired him that it was stupid for where we were personell wise, but it's just the same case. IT has always thought this POS team is better than it is. LB shouldve never been here and IT should BE out the door asap--what other REALITY type conclusion is there--we get back JJ and win 50 games? tally ho land lubbers thats in your dreams we sck we should be 0-7. JJ isnt changing that.

that your solution is a bandaid one and won't even push the team above .500 ever so long as the team is run by a corporation that will never rebuild.

its not enough zeke gets terminated at the end of the season or even possibly before that if this team performs poorly. but at 7 games knicks should've fired zeke and kept left behind ?.....stop coughing
