it should hold them off for a day or 2 at least i'm guessing... as for me i've always said Jamal was part of the longterm solution & not part of the problem... shooters like him go through cold spells where their shots aren't falling... he regressed a bit to start off the season & was taking bad shots, but last night he played w/in the flow of the offense, took good shots, & that got him going to where he was making & hitting everything during that huge run he made in the 4th quarter... he's our best big shot maker & clutch player down the stretch of ballgames, & i would not be trading him unless the Knicks were getting back something significantly good in return.

the entire reason why i love this game was summed up in that 1 sequence when Jamal committed that bad TO, then chased down Najera & stole the pass, then heaved up an ill-advised 3 & then hit it... no other sport can give u that kind of emotional roller coaster ride of emotions in so short a span.
